Vorlesung Mai 2016, Teil 1
Inhalte u.a.: The Lean Startup, Geschäftsmodellentwicklung, Ideenfindung, Startup Analytics, Pitch-Techniken, Business Modell Canvas, Design Thinking, Durchführung von Experimenten etc.
Fachkräftemangel in Deutschland - unterschätzt oder aufgebauscht?Hays
Design thinking follows four pillars: empathy, collaboration across disciplines, including every idea for evaluation, and repeating/iterating solutions while focusing on human needs. It involves empathizing with people's needs, collaborating with others from different backgrounds, including all ideas for consideration, and repeatedly testing solutions to refine them with user needs in mind. The design thinking process moves from defining a challenge to developing a solution in an iterative cycle between problem space and solution space. Various organizations approach design thinking through similar stages of empathizing, ideating, prototyping, and testing, while employing methods and tools to gather insights and generate ideas.
1. The document discusses how companies can become "invincible" by constantly reinventing themselves, competing on superior business models, and transcending industry boundaries. It introduces tools from the book like the Culture Map and Portfolio Map to help companies manage business model innovation and establish an innovation culture.
2. The Portfolio Map is used to manage a company's portfolio of business ideas by assessing their expected return, death/disruption risk, and innovation risk to help determine which ideas to explore or exploit.
3. The book provides strategies for companies to compete on business model patterns, establish an ambidextrous culture that balances exploration and exploitation, and manage business model innovation.
This document provides an excerpt from slides for a 2-3 day professional training on design thinking and innovation management. The slides cover the basics of design thinking, including its origins and nature, how it is portrayed in the media, and how it relates to strategic thinking. Design thinking is presented as a way to take an outside-in perspective focused on customer needs and experiences to drive value creation and innovation. The training is intended to help participants better understand design thinking and apply it to innovating without unrealistic expectations. The facilitator also provides strategy advisory and training on other topics beyond design thinking.

Building Invincible Companies With Effective Business Portfolio Management
Alex will discuss how you can manage a portfolio of products successfully. How can you invent new business models (explore), improve existing ones (exploit), and manage them all across the organization (manage)? How should you visualize your business model portfolio, in order to be prepared for the future?
You will learn how to map the exploration of new business ideas and test them in a simple and practical way. You will learn how to manage and improve the businesses and products you already have, understand how much profit existing business models generate and point out any synergies/conflicts between your models.

Lean startup workshop: practical ways to turn your idea into a successful pro...Made by Many
This document summarizes a Lean Startup workshop about turning ideas into successful products through a scientific and customer-centric approach. The workshop teaches rapid prototyping and testing hypotheses with minimum viable products to gain validated learning. It provides examples from Skype's classroom initiative, where initial assumptions were tested and pivoted based on customer interviews. Different types of pivots are also outlined to respond to validated learning from experiments.
SCAMPER is a design thinking technique that uses nine creative thinking tools to help develop ideas. The tools are: Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Magnify, Put to other uses, Eliminate, Rearrange, and Reverse. The mnemonic SCAMPER guides users to ask questions about their idea or product using each letter of the acronym. Questions include substituting or combining elements, adapting the idea to other uses or contexts, magnifying parts of the idea, eliminating unnecessary aspects, and rearranging or reversing the process or sequence.

Waar staan we nu?
Scrum and Kanban are both agile frameworks but differ in their approach. Scrum uses sprints, roles like product owner and scrum master, and meetings like planning and retrospectives. Kanban does not use iterations or roles and instead focuses on visualizing work and limiting work in progress. Both are empirical approaches that rely on inspecting and adapting processes through a feedback loop to continuously improve.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.
Eric Ries - The Lean Startup - Google Tech TalkEric Ries
This document discusses Lean Startup principles including validated learning, building-measuring-learning quickly through iterations, and innovation accounting. It emphasizes that entrepreneurship is management, startups are experiments, and most successful startups pivot their vision based on customer feedback. The Lean Startup methodology advocates for developing minimum viable products and continuously deploying, measuring and improving through techniques like A/B testing to rapidly learn what customers want.

Many people get frustrated by advertising, but it's often the same few things that frustrate people over and over again. This report shares the findings of some research that We Are Social conducted on behalf of the WFA to identify the things that irritate people most about advertising, and offers a wealth of tips to help marketers avoid those marketing 'sins', and find the path back to redemption. Scrum Day 2016 - Was zum Teufel ist eigentlich Agile Leadership?!Birgit Mallow
• Wen betrifft Agile Leadership
This document discusses reinventing organizations and creating deep self-ego. It notes that top leadership and ownership are necessary conditions for transformation. It suggests that organizations can start the transformation process by transforming one unit, building a separate unit, or encouraging experiments throughout the organization, and that introducing only one new practice at a time is recommended. The document signals that more information is available elsewhere.

Why Marketing should care about EntertainmentWAKSTER Limited
This document discusses why marketing should incorporate elements of entertainment. It argues that stories and emotional connections are more effective at capturing attention and driving sales than facts and figures. Research shows that people are more likely to remember stories than statistics. The document provides examples of how incorporating personality, emotion, and stories into marketing pitches and brand messaging can make the content more engaging and memorable for the audience. It encourages marketers to think about how to communicate their messages in a more entertaining way by choosing emotional triggers and finding creative metaphors.
The document summarizes the history and growth of SEOmoz, an SEO software company founded in 2001 by Rand Fishkin and his mother Gillian. It details how SEOmoz grew from a small consultancy into a profitable software company with over 10,000 subscribers. The document outlines SEOmoz's plans to raise $20-25 million in funding to expand its product suite, team, and marketing in order to serve a wider audience and become the leading software for organic marketers. The goal is for SEOmoz to become Seattle's next billion dollar company.
HR Innovation Day 2017 - Workshop Agile Arbeitsweisen und HRBirgit Mallow

Elmar Bor...SYNGENIO AG
Digitale Transformation bedeutet, Leistungen neu zu denken, vom Kunden her.

zwischen Personen her?
Wie verteilen wir die
Verantwortung und
gliedern die Organisation?
Wie verknüpfen wir die
Organisationseinheiten?
• Vermeidung von Kommunikationsbarrieren
intern wie extern
• Offene Plattformen zur Cocreation und
Vernetzung
• Flexible Entwickler- und Kundenteams
statt starrer Abteilungen
• Start mit dem MVP
• Hypothesengetriebene Entwicklung
• Simple robuste Prozesse („gut
genug“)
• Agile Prozesse und Methoden
• Geschwindigkeit ist zentral.
• Bewusste Diversität, um Widersprüche
konstruktiv zu nutzen
• Achten auf Zusammenarbeitsfähigkeit
• Anpassungsfähige und „resilitente“
Mitarbeiter
• Hohe Attraktivität für junge Talente
Wie generieren wir Produkte
und Leistungen?
• Die Kraft der technologischen Vision
steht im Vordergrund (vor einer
kommerziellen Ausrichtung)
• Skalierbarkeit des Geschäftsmodells

Fazit
nutzen.
