UX-Identitätskrisen und das Rollensystem bei Me & Company
Vortrag beim Cologne User Experience Meetup (#UXCGN) am 07. Juni 2017


Experience Design wird inzwischen über Branchengrenzen hinweg als wichtiger Erfolgsfaktor angesehen. Durch diese offensichtliche Vielseitigkeit ist es allerdings auch zu einem dehnbaren Sammelbegriff verkommen. Menschen in UX-Positionen müssen, je nach Organisation und Kontext, völlig unterschiedliche Aufgaben wahrnehmen. Entsprechend groß ist die Verwirrung: sowohl bei Unternehmen, die Dienstleister oder Mitarbeiter in diesem Bereich suchen, als auch bei Bewerbern, die eine Stelle finden möchten, die ihren Vorstellungen und Fertigkeiten entspricht.

Alexander versucht zu beleuchten, warum es uns so schwer fällt, eine universell verständliche Eingrenzung für den Aufgabenbereich des Experience Designs vorzunehmen. In diesem Zusammenhang erläutert er, wie das gesamte Team bei Me & Company ein flexibles Rollensystem entwickelt hat, um dem Problem auf einer anderen Ebene zu begegnen.
