Records management is the systematic control of records throughout their lifecycle. Records come in many formats, including physical paper, electronic messages, website content, and information in databases. Effective records management is important because it ensures that organizations can retrieve accurate and authentic information to maximize profits, control costs, and ensure viability. Everyone in an organization is responsible for creating, using, retrieving, and disposing of records according to the organization's policies and procedures.
This document summarizes a presentation on e-learning and learning architectures given on June 8, 2012. The presentation covered four main topics: 1) strategic personnel development, 2) learning architectures, 3) implementation of e-learning tools in strategic personnel development, and 4) conclusion and outlook. Regarding learning architectures, the presentation discussed the 70-20-10 rule for learning and defined a learning architecture as an organization's map of agreed upon learning needs, strategies, and delivery approaches. Participants then discussed in groups whether the 70-20-10 rule and concept of a learning architecture applied to their own organizations.

12. Feedbacks „Phonak Lectures“
• “I must congratulate you and your team for making it possible to
provide on-line lectures to colleagues around the world. I did not
realize that the recorded lectures would be freely available to all.
That's probably even more welcoming than doing a second run,
because people can access the lectures at their own times. No,
Chris, don't even think of doing lecture in the middle of the night!!
Keep up the good work!! Best regards, T.C.”
(Feedback einer Referentin)
• “Congratulations to all concerned on an excellent way to present a
seminar! Well done! It was a great experience! Thanks, J.M.”

Feedbacks „Phonak Virtual Conference“
• „This was the first time I had attended a Virtual Conference. I was
duly impressed. I found the whole thing easy to access, I learnt a
great deal and was amazed at how it was all put together.
Thank you so much Phonak for organizing this event, and I will
definitely be there next year.
I read in Wendy's Forum, where she suggested a similar thing for
Teachers of the Deaf... I would wholeheartedly agree with her.“
(Feedback einer Kundin)
• „I would just like to congratulate the conference team for a
fantastic job. Really appreciate the opportunity to hear from many
parts of the world, to have access to continuing education while
sitting at my computer at crazy hours in very ! casual clothes. Very
exciting to have participated in the first of what I hope will be
many such conferences. I found the layout very user friendly so
that even without having any pre-conference practice.“
