Links-Up is a European project, funded under the lifelong learning programme. Objective is to identify the main drivers of learning 2.0 towards social inclusion.
This is the presentation of the learning cafe workshop at the EduMedia conference 2010 in Salzburg
3. Abstract!
Vorgestellt wird das europäische
Forschungsprojekt "LinksUp", welches
Erfahrungen aus europäischen Projekten zum
Thema "Vom Web 2.0 zur Inklusion", also
beispielsweise Integration von Arbeitslosen,
Schulabbrechern oder bildungsfernen Migranten
sammelt. Eine Vorstudie erhebt and analysiert
Erfolgsfaktoren und Rahmenbedingungen und
erarbeitet Empfehlungen für zukünftige
Projekte und Förderpolitiken. Ziel des
Workshops ist, konkrete praktische
Erfahrungen, eingesetzte Technologien und
Rahmenbedingungen in Österreich auszutauschen
und zu diskutieren.

8. Exclusion!
„a process whereby certain individuals
are pushed to the edge of society and
prevented from participating fully by
virtue of their poverty, or lack of
basic competencies and lifelong
learning opportunities, or as a result
of discrimination. This distances them
from job, income and education
opportunities as well as social and
community networks and
activities.“ (European Commission
2004)
10. Learning 2.0!
„E-Learning 2.0“
(Stephen Downes, 2004)
- nutzt Web-2.0-Werkzeuge, z. B.
Blogs, Twitter, Soziale Netzwerke
- ist lernerzentriert
- ist kommunikativ und vernetzt
11. Fragestellung!
• „Is learning 2.0 really supporting
inclusive life-long learning?
• Can isolated experiments be
mainstreamed
• Is learning 2.0 fundamentally
changing the educational landscape?“
