Jedes Team durchläuft auf der Prozessebene diese Phasen. Es ist nicht möglich und nicht sinnvoll,

A CHANGING WORLD
Professionals and companies have to constantly innovate and „learn to learn“.
Onlinevideos (YouTube),Videoconferencing (Skype) and Smartphones,Tablets or Notebooks are
improving the daily work of professionals, globally.
The digital transformation has become a game-changer. (Communication-) Spaces have been enhanced,
business strategies and competition have become global and everything is speeding up.
Relationship building and Alliances are more important than ever,
win-win partnerships are key.
Individualisation and personalization have become a movement. Integrative approaches are getting more
important. More and more people use holistic terms like „soul“, „energy“ or „generative image“.

IMPLICATIONS & CONSEQUENCES
Traditional and leading companies are thrown out of the markets by companies that didn't exist around 20 years
ago (QuelleVersand -> Amazon). IVY League Universities like Harvard and Stanford offer curricula & MOOCs
for everyone and for cheap. => Strategies for a smart combination of analog- and digital approaches are key.
Complicated environments are getting more complex (Dave Snowdon/ Cynefin).The need for collaboration and
co-operation with others becomes a critical success factor.
Most business areas become more international, global and intercultural, while learning and working have to be
designed as two sides of the same coin.
Many people feel lost and look for orientation. Strategies for Individual Development aligned with profound
Organizational Development are needed more than ever (ID & OD Coaching).
The future can be shaped mindlessly or mindfully. In any case,WE have to deal with our creation.
