Researchers were able to decode brain activity patterns and determine whether a person was viewing an image of a house, face or scrambled photo with up to 80% accuracy on average. This new technology could potentially be used to help communicate for those who are unable to speak.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive function. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.
