Vortrag Prof. Dr. Stehpan Kaiser
Agile Organization and agile HRM, Talk Prof. Dr. Stephan Kaiser
Handlungsempfehlungen
Richard Veryard presented at the IASA UK Conference in April 2013 on architecting multi-sided businesses. He discussed how modern businesses need to satisfy overlapping stakeholder needs in multiple markets simultaneously. The emerging architectural response is to configure enterprises as platforms of services rather than traditional value chains. However, this transformation involves profound architectural challenges for business architects to master, such as mapping ecosystems, defining indirect value, establishing governance economies, and developing agility.
Präsentation gehalten auf der OOP2015 am 29.01.15 in München:
* Lean Change = Lean Startup (Produkt = Change Management)
*Veränderungen sind Experimente
* Veränderung durch Lernen - Lernen durch Veränderung
* Betroffene werden zu Beteiligten
* schrittweise aufeinander aufbauende Veränderungen
During this talk I will share with you from my experiences how to become ‘master of retrospectives’ and how to use it to build trust and openness in many different situations.
Communication is the crucial part of our life. Agile organizations and Scrum teams make interaction amoung people as one of the core principles.
The fact is that speaking the same language doesn't guarantee the understanding of each other's points. This talk shows typical communication patterns, behaviors and provides eye-opening insights into the ways communication can improved.
The rules of work are changing. Organization 3.0 reflects Agility, an understanding of tribal leadership models, and a recognition that new rules are needed to navigate new organizations that are changing the world today. Teamwork, collaboration, and positive relationships are what matter. If you cannot adopt the new standards, you will be left behind.
Previous organizational structures and processes also reflected their times. Organization 1.0, showed the mentality of industrialism, with stable hierarchies and rule following the norm. Organization 2.0 rewarded specialization, processes, and structure over teams and groups. The "me first" workplace served the lucky few, but is now being replaced by a new generation, with a more thoughtful organization of our lives and work.
Zuzi Sochova's Organization 3.0 seminar shows how you and your organization can benefit from the new paradigm. With dynamic examples, and unique perspectives, Zuzi is a regular headline speaker at Agile conferences world-wide.

Abstract
The book Tribal Leadership is not very much known in Scrum community but the understanding of the dominant tribe culture in the company would help coaches to choose the right approach in Scrum organizational transformation.
Every organization has tribes. And every tribe has it's rules and believes. Lets walk through them during this workshop and try how it is to be part of every tribe. Through that journey you can better understand how you can help others to move one tribe up.
Great ScrumMasters are rare. If you have one in your company, you have greater chance to be successful. Regrettably the role of ScrumMaster is underestimated in most of the organizations, but without great ScrumMaster your team will never "shine" or in other words be efficient, high-performing, self-organized, or proactive.
Let's have a look at this role and see how great ScrumMaster works and how he/she helps the company to be more successful. It's not an easy job where for the ScrumMaster it is essential to learn several different concepts concerning team theory, system thinking, and coaching.

Scrum Day 2016 - Was zum Teufel ist eigentlich Agile Leadership?!Birgit Mallow
• Wen betrifft Agile Leadership
"weicher" Indikatoren. Diese stehen im Mittelpunkt dieser Präsentation.
Agility is concept comprises two main factors: (1) Responding to change in proper ways and due time. (2) Exploiting changes and taking advantage of them as opportunity

Human Resource Management in Professional Service FirmsStephan Kaiser
Success in human resource management (HRM) depends on the question of whether applied practices of HRM meet specific contingency factors and are appropriately configured. Using this argument, the present article examines HRM in professional service firms (PSFs) in pursuit of three objectives. First, we introduce a conceptual framework that illustrates how the constitutive characteristics of PSFs, as contingency factors, influence HRM practices and research. Second, based on this framework, we summarize key findings of research on HRM in PSFs and open up potential avenues for further research. Third, we reflect on the argument that HRM in PSFs can contribute to an understanding of HRM practices in other organizational settings, leading to the question of the mutual transferability of HRM practices. Aside from these three primary objectives, we also introduce the contents of the special issue.

This document is a special issue of the journal "management revue" focusing on recent developments and future prospects in sustainable human resource management. It contains an introduction by the editors and five research articles on topics related to flexible and sustainable HRM practices. The authors argue that discussions of flexible HRM have generally considered only the positive economic benefits or negative social impacts in isolation. They propose a framework using the concept of sustainable HRM to integrate these perspectives and discuss the paradoxes and tensions between the positive and negative effects of flexible HRM practices.
This document introduces corporate weblogs and provides a taxonomy. It discusses how weblogs have evolved from personal diaries to organizational uses. The taxonomy classifies corporate weblogs based on their target group (internal employees or external stakeholders) and content (specific facts or general information). Examples of internal weblogs include knowledge weblogs for sharing work-related information and culture weblogs for communicating company values. External weblogs can be used for branding or collaborating with stakeholders.
