Das Dokument behandelt die Integration von mobilen Geräten in den Bildungsbereich und deren Nutzung durch Schüler und Lehrer, wobei Umfrageergebnisse zur Bereitschaft und technischen Ausstattung präsentiert werden. Die Ansätze für effektives Lernen durch mobile Technologien werden aufgezeigt, einschließlich situativem Lernen und sozial-konstruktivistischen Methoden. Es werden außerdem spezifische Herausforderungen und Vorteile beim Einsatz von mobilen Endgeräten im Unterricht diskutiert.
