‚Crowdsourcing’ bezeichnet die Beschaffung
mittels Sammelaufruf, das heißt, die mit der
Lösung eines Problems bzw. Erfüllung einer
Aufgabe zu betrauenden Auftragnehmer
werden unter jenen ausgewählt, die auf den
vorangegangenen Sammelaufruf an die
Masse reagiert haben.
15. Digitale Innovation beschreibt die digital-technologisch
getriebene Schaffung von neuen und wertvollen Produkten,
Dienstleistungen oder Geschäftsmodellen. Dieser
Schaffungsprozess geht einher mit dem Erscheinen von
neuen AkteurInnen, Akteurskonstellationen, Strukturen,
Praktiken, Normen, und Werten. Wir sprechen von digitaler
Transformation, wenn die aggregierten Effekte oder die
Bündelung von mehreren digitalen Innovationen (z.B.
innerhalb einer neuen Organisationsform) die Spielregeln in
Industrien und Feldern bedroht, ersetzt, ergänzt oder
verändert.
