This resource was created as part of the Erasmus+ Project, 'SYNERGY - Harnessing the Learning Assets within the SME Business Community'. As part of this project, research was conducted which found that current and available training offers targeted at the business community often do not address those issues and problems experienced by business owners. And that business or vocational training available to business owners is often location specific, classroom based and scheduled for 1 to 5 days during core business trading hours which is not conducive to the working routines of business owner-managers, entrepeneurs and start-ups. To address this need, this project trained adult educators in the latest techniques, and using the latest technologies, to allow them to produce Mini-Learning Format Resources. These resources constituted 'bite-sized' training courses which typically last 5 minutes and each addresses a topic pertinent to business such as business management, effective communication, marketing, social media for business and a range of other topics. This document discusses quality criteria for peer learning. It examines three main approaches: Topping (2007), Ehlers (2013), and Hoy and Tschannen-Moran (1999). Topping identified 13 organizational dimensions for peer learning, including curriculum content, group size/roles, peer ability, and objectives. Ehlers focused on peer characteristics like open-mindedness and sharing knowledge. Hoy and Tschannen-Moran provided a 5-part framework for planning, implementing, and assessing peer learning covering group traits, goals/tasks, formation, guidance, and reflection. The document analyzes each approach and emphasizes criteria like peer ability, problem identification/solutions, and reflection structures.
Mathematikunterricht in 1zu1 Ausstattungen.pptxFlippedMathe

Unternehmen in sechs EU-Staaten stellt klar heraus,

11. 11
Phase 1 (Einsatzzeit: 1 Minute): Einleitung & Ziele
Phase 2 (Einsatzzeit : 3 – 5 Minuten): Hauptlerninhalt
12. 12
Phase 4 (Einsatzzeit: 1 Minute): Beurteilung & Ausblick
Inhalt, was dabei hilft, einen hohen Standard in Qualität,
Konsitenz und Relevanz zu halten. Diese Struktur wird
fokussierte Lernquellen liefern, indem der Ersteller
gefordert ist, seine Inhaltsvorbereitung wirklich zu
durchdenken.
14. 14
Lernergebnisse

Blooms Taxonomie (1956), nutzen, welche trotz ihres Alters

Learnings (Level 1-3) anbieten.
35. 35
Der Schlüssel zu einer guten
Evaluation
Was müssen Sie
wissen/kennen?
• Den Zweck der Evaluation
• Für wen ist sie
• Was genau müssen sie wissen
Mögliche Antworten
• Bestimmung, ob die Schulung
funktioniert hat
• Die Entwickler und Präsentatoren
• Ob die Lernziele erreicht wurden
und, ob das Lernen auf den Job
anwendbar ist. Wurde der Kurs
vollständig absolviert und die
Erfahrung genossen?
36. 36
Kirkpatricks klassische vier Level der
Evaluation
37. 37
Level 1 – Reaktionsumfragen
Was misst eine
Antwortevaluation wirklich?
Hat die Schulung die
Erwartungen der Lernenden
erfüllt?
Haben die Lernenden die
Lernerfahrung als emotional und
intellektuell befriedigend
empfunden und haben sie das
Gefühl, persönlich davon
profitiert zu haben?
War die Art der Präsentation
(Video, Interaktion) akzeptabel
für die Lernenden?
Wann ist dieses Wissen nützlich?
Bei der Bestimmung des Komfort-
Levels und der Zuversicht der
Lernenden in ihre Fähigkeit, einen E-
Learning-Kurs zu machen.
Beim Versuch, potenzielle
38. 38
Level 1 – Techniken und Tipps
Techniken
• Meinungen durch
Fragebögen sammeln
• Zugriff und Navigation
elektronisch verfolgen
• Rate des Fortschritts
durch den Kurs
• Beendigungsrate
• Beteiligung an Online-
Diskussionen oder
Chats
• Feedback im Kurs erbitten
• Fokusgruppen beibehalten
Tipps
• Führen Sie die Level 1-
Evaluation vorrangig in der
Entwicklungsphase des
Programms/Kurses durch
• Berücksichtigen Sie die
Neuheit des E-Learnings
• Analysieren Sie die Daten,
um Einblicke zu gewinnen
• Warten Sie mit dem Input
nicht bis zum Ende des
Kurses
39. 39
Level 2 – Lernevaluation
Was sagt uns Level 2?
Was misst eine Lernevaluation
wirklich?
Welche spezifischen Fakten,
Konzepte, Prozesse, Verfahren
und Prinzipien haben die
Lernenden sich angeeignet
(gelernt)?
Wann ist dieses Wissen nützlich?
Wenn Feedback gefordert wird, um
festzustellen, ob der Inhalt
erfolgreich an die Lernenden
übermittelt wurde – sowohl
individuell als auch in der Gruppe
Bedeutungsvolle und dennoch
sparsame Evaluation ist gefordert
40. 40
Level 2 – Techniken und Tipps
Techniken
• Entwickeln Sie Tests, um das
Lernen zu evaluieren
• Denken Sie daran… Ihr(e)
Lernergebnis(se) geben Auskunft
darüber, welche Art von Evaluation
benötigt wird
• Wählen Sie Ihr(e) Lernergebnis(se)
sorgfältig
• Beobachten Sie während der
Online-Diskussionen/Chats das
Verhalten der Lernenden
• Fordern Sie die Lernenden dazu
heraus, interaktive Aktivitäten
auszuführen (gemischt)
Tipps
Inhalt
• Bewerten Sie Antworten auf Fragen, um
regelmäßig jegliche verpasste (?) zu
identifizieren
• Wenn Sie zu einem Bewusstseinslevel
schulen, ist eine Level 2-Evaluation
ausreichend
41. 41
Level 3 – Leistungsevaluation
Was sagt uns Level 3?
Was misst eine
Leistungsevaluation wirklich?
Können die Lernenden das
Gelernte in ihren Jobs
anwenden?
Wann ist dieses Wissen nützlich?
Wenn der Unterschied zwischen
Wissen und Handeln entscheidend
ist
Theorie in die Praxis umzusetzen, hat
eine hohe Priorität
Beim Identifizieren, welche
Lernenden bei der Anwendung des
Gelernten die erfolgreichsten waren
42. 42
Level 3 – Leistungsevaluation
43. 43
Level 3 – Techniken und Tipps
Techniken
• Beobachten Sie das Verhalten der
Lernenden in ihrem Job (suchen Sie
nach Verhaltensweisen, die das
Erreichen der Lernziele demonstrieren
• Sammeln Sie Meinungen von denen, die
die Lernenden betreuen oder leiten
• Ziehen sie Aufzeichnungen oder
Leistungsprotokolle hinzu
• Simulieren Sie Arbeitsleistung mit einer
Computersimulation, die die Leistung
während des Jobs genau vorhersagt,
indem sie das Arbeitsumfeld nachahmt
(gleiche Stichworte zur Handlung, gleiche
Ablenkungen)
Tipps
• Das ist schwer… Versuchen
Sie es erst mit Beobachtungen
• Halten Sie immer Ausschau
nach einem
Vorgesetzten/Manager und
erfassen/verbreiten Sie deren
Wissen
• Idealerweise führen Sie diese
Evaluation 2 bis 3 Monate
nach der Schulung durch
44. 44
Level 4 – Ergebnisevaluation
Was sagt uns Level 4?
Was misst eine
Ergebnisevaluation wirklich?
Hat das Schulungsprogramm
seine ursprünglichen
Unternehmens-/
Organisationsziele erreicht?
War das Schulungsprogramm
kosteneffizient?
Wie ist die Ertragsrate des in die
Schulung investierten Geldes
Wann ist dieses Wissen nützlich?
Bei der Entscheidung zwischen
Schulungen und anderen Lösungen
für Probleme
Bei der Dokumentation des Nutzens
der Schulung für diejenigen, die für
das Zahlen der Rechnungen und für
die Einkommensgenerierung
verantwortlich sind
45. 45
Level 4 – Ergebnisevaluation
ROI = (Nutzen – Kosten)/Kosten x100
