Digital Innovation and the End-to-End Passenger ExperienceAirlineTrends
As passengers are getting more connected, their expectations are rising towards airlines to remove the inconveniences of air travel and do much more than just fly them from A to B.
Mobile technology has already had a significant impact on the passenger journey and while many digital innovations – think United Airlines and Uber, easyJet’s ‘Mobile Host’, Transavia’s ‘pre-flight entertainment’, and Singapore Airlines’ upcoming Companion app – offer convenient services, these tend to be focused on a specific area rather than align the whole journey.
Meanwhile, airlines are looking to increase margins by introducing ancillary services and are beginning to take a holistic look at the customer journey, and provide empowered passengers – who want to be in control of their journey – with a personalised and stress-free end-to-end travel experience.
In this presentation, recent airline initiatives will illustrate how digital devices, connectivity, data, service design and merchandising skills are coming together to provide a ‘passenger-centric’ door-to-door experience.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR AN ALL TERRAIN VEHICLEIAEME Publication
The main function of a transmission system is to transfer the required torque and power generated by the engine to the wheels as and when required by the driver. In automobiles this is done with the help of a gearbox and a final drive alternative. The objective of this work is to design and develop a transmission system which is reliable, safe and cost effective. It should be able to transmit sufficient power and torque to generate the required traction at the wheels at any particular rpm. As the vehicle under consideration is an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), which is subjected to varying and rugged road conditions, the power transmission should be constant and uninterrupted.

Motivation refers to factors that arouse, direct, and sustain human behavior. There are several theories of motivation, including drive theory which proposes that internal drives or needs push people towards goals, and incentive theory which suggests that external rewards or goals pull people to act. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory also explains motivation and proposes that people are motivated to fulfill lower level basic needs before pursuing higher level growth needs. Managers can create a motivating work climate by setting clear expectations, being fair and consistent, developing teamwork, recognizing contributions, allowing autonomy and growth, and addressing individual needs and values.

Antworten darauf liefert Zeppezauers neues Buch.

Was funktioniert in der Praxis, was eher nicht? Wir berichten von unseren Erfahrungen und Fehlern.

12 Argumente warum Du innerlich Nein sagst
12 Argumente warum Du innerlich Nein sagst
Hier 12 Argumente warum Du innerlich Nein sagst

Was
»Was ist wahrscheinlicher?«

2. 23Das Dilbert-Prinzip
A. Ist es wahrscheinlich, dass Ihr Manager plötzlich gescheiterte Existenzen be-

mir will.«
»[Seufzend] ...
, kein wirkliches »Geschwafel« heraus.
*
