PLASTIFLOOR®HARZE
FÜR SCHNELL HÄRTENDE BODENBESCHICHTUNGEN
Plasti Chemie stellt seit 1995 ein Sortiment aus über 70 verschiedenen MMA und PUMMA Harzen
her, die zur Beschichtung von Industrieböden in der Lebensmittelbranche, für Parkdecks, als
Abdichtung und Brückenisolierung, als Fahrbahnmarkierung, Dachbeschichtung und für die
Herstellung von Polymerbeton verwendet werden. Der wesentliche Vorteil, der für die
Verwendung von Plastifloor® Reaktionsharzen spricht, ist neben der hohen chemischen
Beständigkeit gegenüber Säuren und Laugen, vor allem die schnelle Polymerisationszeit der
einzelnen Lagen. Deshalb werden die Plastifloor® Harze nicht nur im Neubau, sondern auch bei der
Sanierung von Industrieböden, der Reparatur von Landebahnen, Abdichtung von Balkonen und
Brücken verwendet, wenn es darum geht die Ausfallzeit für Produktion, Betrieb und Nutzung zu
reduzieren. Plasti Chemie has been manufacturing a range of over 70 different MMA and PUMMA
resins since 1995, which are used to coat industrial floors in the food industry, parking decks,
waterproofing and bridge insulation, road markings, roof coatings and for the manufacture of
polymer concrete. The main advantage for the use of Plastifloor® reaction resins, in addition to the
high chemical resistance to acids and alkalis, is above all, the fast polymerization time of each single
layer. That is why Plastifloor® resins are used not only in new construction, but also in the
renovation of industrial floors, the repair of runways, the sealing of balconies and bridges when it
comes to reducing downtime for production, operations, and use.

2. Plastifloor® 800 PUMMA on a concrete parking deck.
PLASTIFLOOR®PUMMA
ABDICHTUNGSARBEITEN
Plastifloor® PUMMA Harze sind neuartige Hybrid Harze aus Polyurethan und
Methylmetacrylat. Der Vorteil besteht in der Kombination der Elastizität der
Polyurethane mit der schnellen Polymerisationszeit der Metacrylate welche
auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen innerhalb von 60 min. aushärten.
Plastifloor® PUMMA resins are new hybrid resins made from polyurethane
and methyl methacrylate. The advantage lies in the combination of the
elasticity of the polyurethanes with the fast Polymerization time of the Met-
acrylates, which harden within 60 minutes even at low temperatures.
Plastifloor® PUMMA Harze werden sowohl als per Hand applizierbare, als
auch spritzbare Varianten hergestellt, so dass große Flächen effizient
bearbeitet werden können. Das Abdichtungssystem kann auf Stahl, Beton
oder Holz aufgetragen werden und bleibt dauerhaft elastisch und dicht.
Plastifloor® PUMMA resins are manufactured in both hand-applied and
sprayable versions, so that large areas can be efficiently processed. The
sealing system can be applied to steel, concrete or wood and remains
permanently elastic and tight.
Nachdem der Untergrund durch Kugelstrahlen gereinigt ist, wird eine
Haftgrundierung aufgetragen die auch leichte Feuchtigkeit absorbiert, ehe
2 Lagen Plastifloor® 800 Abdichtungsmembrane appliziert werden. Asphalt
kann nach dem Auftrag des hitzeabweisenden Tack Coatings direct auf das
Abdichtungssystem aufgetragen werden. Der große Vorteil liegt in der
schnellen Aushärtung (60 min.) – auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen.

3. POLYMERBETON
PLASTIFLOOR® 050/051 UND 050F/051
Plastifloor® Harze werden zur Herstellung von hochfesten und
schwundarmen Polymerbetonen verwendet. (bis zu 95 N/mm²
Druckfestigkeit) Wir bieten ein „ready to use“ kit bestehend aus 2,5 kg
Plastifloor® 050 (flüssig) und einem 25 kg Papiersack Plastifloor® 051
Füllstoffkomponente an. Beide Komponenten werden in einem Mischeimer
für 3 min. miteinander vermischt und schon ist der Polymerbeton
verarbeitungsfertig. Der Polymerbeton wird per Hand mit Rakel und Kelle
oder aber auch mit dem Richtscheit auf dem vorgrundierten Untergrund
verlegt, kann aber auch mit Rüttelschiene abgezogen werden. Für TK und
Permafrost-Bereiche empfehlen wir die Verwendung der flexibilisierten
Variante Plastifloor 050F. Anwendungsgebiete sind Reparaturen an Straßen
und Brücken, Roll und Startbahnen auf Flughäfen, hochfeste
Brückenauflagen, Einbau von Gefälle und der Verschluss von Ausbrüchen.
Polymerbeton eignet sich aber auch hervorragend für
schwingungsabsorbierende Fundamente wenn zum Beispiel Präzisionsbohr
oder Fräsmaschinen montiert werden sollen. Der Polymerbeton härtet auch
bei negativen Temperaturen innerhalb von 60 min. aus.
Plastifloor® resins are used to manufacture high-strength and low-shrink
polymer concrete. (up to 95 N/mm² compressive strength) We offer a "ready
to use" kit consisting of 2.5 kg Plastifloor® 050 (liquid) and a 25 kg paper bag
Plastifloor® 051 filler component. Both components are mixed in a mixing
bucket for 3 minutes and the polymer concrete is ready for use. The polymer
concrete is laid by hand with a rake and trowel or with a straight edge on the
pre-primed substrate but can also be leveled with a vibrating rail. For deep-
freeze and permafrost areas, we recommend using the flexible version
Plastifloor 050F. Areas of application are repairs to roads and bridges,
taxiways and runways at airports, high-strength bridge supports, installing
slopes and closing excavations. However, polymer concrete is also ideal for
vibration-absorbing foundations if, for example, precision drilling or milling
machines are to be installed. The polymer concrete cures within 60 minutes
even at negative temperatures.

4. LEBENSMITTEL
PLASTIFLOOR® EINSTREUBELÄGE
In der Lebensmittelindustrie werden erhöhte
Anforderungen an die Hygiene, die Rutschfestigkeit und
Reinigungsfähigkeit der Bodenbeläge gestellt. Mit dem
Plastifloor® Industriebodensystem das vom TÜV Süd, mpi
und ISEGA geprüft ist, stehen dem Planer Beläge mit den
Rutschfestigkeitsklassen R 10 – R 13 zur Verfügung. Der
Boden besitzt die Konformitätsbescheinigung der ISEGA
und aus dem TÜV-Prüfzeugnis ergeben sich die
Parameter, die das Tragen des CE-Zeichens berechtigen.
Plastifloor® Beläge können bei Verwendung der
rissüberbrückenden Membrane Plastifloor® 332 fugenlos
über Arbeitsfugen des Betons/Estrichs verlegt werden.
Gebäudefugen müssen ausgebildet werden. Die mit
Plastifloor® beschichteten Flächen können mit kaltem
und warmem Wasser gereinigt werden.
In the food industry, increased demands are placed on
hygiene, slip resistance and cleanability of floor
coverings. With the Plastifloor® industrial floor system,
which has been tested by TÜV Süd, mpi and ISEGA, the
planner has coverings with slip resistance classes R 10 - R
13 at his disposal. The floor has the ISEGA certificate of
conformity and the TÜV test certificate shows the
parameters that entitle it to bear the CE mark. When
using the crack-bridging membrane Plastifloor® 332,
Plastifloor® coverings can be laid seamlessly over
construction joints in the concrete/screed. Building joints
must be formed. The surfaces coated with Plastifloor can
be cleaned with cold and warm water.
METALLINDUSTRIE
PLASTIFLOOR KELLENBELÄGE
Um Spänen, herunterfallenden Teilen, Ölen und
Schmiermitteln zu widerstehen, eignen sich besonders
Plastifloor® Kellen Beläge. Hier wird ein
Harz/Quarzsandgemisch mit einer Rakel in einer
Schichtstärke von 4-5 mm auf den vorgrundierten
Untergrund aufgetragen und mit Glättkelle geglättet. Der
so verarbeitete Bodenbelag, weist eine hohe Festigkeit
und Widerstandsfähigkeit auf und ist in vielen attraktiven
Farbkombinationen lieferbar.
Plastifloor® TO coatings are particularly suitable for
resisting chips, falling parts, oils and lubricants. Here, a
resin/quartz sand mixture is applied to the pre-primed
substrate with a rake in a layer thickness of 4-5 mm and
smoothed with a smoothing trowel. The floor covering
processed in this way has a high level of strength and
durability and is available in many attractive color
combinations.

6. POOLS
INNEN UND AUSSENBESCHICHTUNGEN
