1. Lernen Sie etwas über Führung. Nehmen Sie an einem Kurs teil, lesen Sie ein paar
Bücher und studieren Sie die großen Führungspersönlichkeiten. Lernen Sie, was
Führungskräfte tun und was nicht. Lernen Sie die Rahmenbedingungen, Werkzeuge
und Fähigkeiten kennen, die für die Leitung erforderlich sind. Je mehr Sie über ein
Thema, einschließlich Führung, wissen, desto zuversichtlicher werden Sie sein.
2. Vernetzung mit anderen Führungskräften. Es ist zwar gut, in Kursen und beim Lesen
etwas über Führung zu lernen, aber die Umsetzung dieser Ideen in die Praxis ist
schwierig, und es werden Fehler gemacht. Ein Netzwerk oder eine Selbsthilfegruppe
von Gleichaltrigen ist eine gesunde Art und Weise, gemeinsame Herausforderungen in
der realen Welt zu teilen. Es wird Ihnen das Wissen vermitteln, dass "ich nicht der
Einzige bin, der soempfindet".
3. Entwickeln Sie ein realistisches Selbstbewusstsein. Das Wissen um Ihre
Führungsstärken wird Ihnen Selbstvertrauen geben, und die Auseinandersetzung mit
Ihren Entwicklungsbedürfnissen wird Ihnen helfen zu bestimmen, worauf Sie sich

zu helfen, erfolgreicher zu werden. Helfen Sie anderen, sich ihrer selbst bewusst zu werden,
coachen Sie sie und helfen Sie, sie in die beste Arbeitsposition zu bringen, um erfolgreich zu
sein.
5. Feiern Sie Siege. Wenn Ihre Teamkollegen oder Kollegen einen Meilenstein erreichen oder
etwas Großartiges tun, lassen Sie sie - und alle anderen - es wissen. Es geht nicht darum, sich
