1. Get the Status Quo
 Divide into Systems of Records, Differentiation and Innovation
 Identify your n-Tier-Architecture of Components/Systems and their Dependencies
(Interfaces)
 Draw the result on the matrix (map it!)
 Find the proposed organizational form from the position of the matrix
2. Draw your future map (step-by-step)
 Divide monoliths into horizontal or vertical elements
 Hint: The tiers of the component may be run at different speeds!
 Get the need for change due to «Need for Governance» und «Need for Change»
according to Gartner.
Put emphasis on the VISUAIZATION and t
the possibilities to discuss the map in
a group in front of a physical board! It is
the first step towards the execution of
