BREXIT (Britain Exit) The Reasons & ImpactsSlide Gen
BREXIT_The Reasons & Impacts
Brexit is an abbreviation of "British exit". In 23 June 2016 Britain came out from European Union (EU) by the Vote of Britain’s people.
After Having 43 years of membership this great country makes this big decision. In 1973 United Kingdom got the membership in EU to expand the business among 28 members and share a common economical system.
1. The Ford-Fulkerson method is an algorithm for finding the maximum flow in a flow network, also known as the maximum flow problem.
2. It works by finding augmenting paths in the residual network - paths from the source to the sink with available capacity. It then pushes additional flow along this path.
3. The key steps are: (1) finding an augmenting path, (2) updating the residual capacities and flows, (3) repeating until no more augmenting paths exist. This guarantees finding the maximum possible flow.
Brexit refers to the UK's potential withdrawal from the European Union. In June 2016, UK voters approved leaving the EU in a referendum. Reasons for Brexit included concerns over immigration, a loss of sovereignty to EU institutions, and the ability of the UK to determine its own laws and trade policies. Leaving the EU could negatively impact the UK economy through reduced trade and foreign investment, but may allow the UK more control over its borders and regulations. The economic effects of Brexit remain uncertain and will depend on the terms of the UK's withdrawal.
This document provides an introduction to basic graph theory terminology and concepts. It defines a graph as a data structure consisting of nodes and edges that relate the nodes. Examples of graphs include networks, electronic circuits, and navigation systems. Classic problems in graph theory are discussed, such as the Seven Bridges of Königsberg problem solved by Euler that established graph theory. Euler's theory on Euler paths and circuits is explained along with formal definitions of graphs, vertices, edges, and examples. Terminology including adjacent vertices, endpoints, and origins of edges are also defined.

In this video, Eric Liebross, Cortney Dominguez and Ana Maria Romero explain what makes Costa Rica the premiere nearshore destination for US-based companies and how you can leverage its competitive advantages as an outsourcing destination.
Managing an Asia-based offshore model can be a very challenging and daunting endeavor, even for the largest and more seasoned U.S-based companies. Long distances, language barriers and time zone differences are just some of the issues executives face when dealing with traditional off-shore outsourcing operations. As more and more companies realize this, Latin America has emerged as a preferred Shared Services & Outsourcing destination, with Costa Rica being one of the major players.
What was covered:
- Relevance of outsourcing and nearshoring for US based companies.
- Nearshoring to Latin America: Specific advantages of nearshore outsourcing over traditional offshore outsourcing models.
- Costa Rica as the premier nearshore outsourcing destination in Latin America.
- Savings you can expect when nearshoring to Costa Rica.
- About auxis’ outsourcing center in Costa Rica.
Speakers:

- Ana María Romero Montoya
The document summarizes the Ford-Fulkerson algorithm for finding the maximum flow in a flow network. It defines key terms like flow network, source, sink, flow, residual graph and augmented path. It then outlines the steps of the Ford-Fulkerson algorithm to incrementally send flow along augmented paths from the source to the sink until no more such paths exist. An example applying the algorithm to find the maximum flow in a sample network is provided with illustrations of the residual capacities after each flow augmentation.
1. Algorithm and characteristics of an algorithm.

5. Rules to be followed while writing the pseudo code of an algorithm.
6. Abstract data type and its necessity in a program.
The document discusses the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP). TSP aims to find the shortest possible route for a salesman to visit each city in a list only once and return to the origin city. It describes the problem as finding the optimal or least cost Hamiltonian circuit in a graph where cities are nodes and distances between cities are edge costs. The document provides an example problem with 5 cities, calculates possible routes and costs, and illustrates the branch and bound algorithm to solve TSP by systematically eliminating suboptimal routes until the optimal route is found.
The Floyd-Warshall algorithm is used to find the shortest paths between all pairs of vertices in a weighted graph. It creates distance and sequence tables with rows and columns for each vertex. The distance table stores the weights of edges between vertices. The sequence table stores the path vertices to reach between each pair. It iterates through the tables, updating distances and paths at each iteration based on whether a new shortest path is found through a third vertex. When complete, the final distance table shows the shortest distance between each pair of vertices, and the sequence table shows the shortest path.
The UK currently has close trade ties with EU countries, with nearly half of its exports going to EU members like Germany, France, and Ireland. Leaving the EU poses challenges as the UK will need to negotiate new trade agreements. There are several options for the UK's future relationship with the EU, including remaining in the single market like Norway, pursuing bilateral agreements like Switzerland, or having a looser trade agreement focused on goods like Canada. The economic impacts of Brexit will depend on the outcome of negotiations and could include effects on sectors like farming, financial services, immigration, and public finances.

Dijkstra's algorithm finds the shortest paths from a source node to all other nodes in a graph. It works by maintaining two sets - one for nodes whose shortest paths are determined, and one for remaining nodes. It iteratively selects the node with the smallest distance from the source, calculates the distances to its neighbors, and moves them to the determined set until all nodes are processed. Some applications include finding fastest routes in transportation networks like road maps or flight schedules.
This document provides an overview of Brexit including the development of the EU before Brexit, the campaigns for leaving or remaining, the results of the referendum vote, and the aftermath and consequences. All dies berücksichtigt dieses Lehrbuch.
