Das neue EU-Bildungsprogramm Erasmus+ bietet viele Möglichkeiten, Stipendien für Fortbildungen für Lehrkräfte zu beantragen. In dieser Präsentation werden die Grundlagen des neuen Programms vorgestellt, Tipps für die Antragstellung im Bereich KA1 - Mobilität von Lehrpersonen gegeben und Vor- und Nachteile des neuen Programms diskutiert.
Was macht einen guten Sprachkurs für Best Ager aus? Wenn sich erfahrene Menschen in der Lebensmitte (so die allgemeine Definition eines „Best Agers“) darin wohl fühlen, Ihre Ziele erreichen und glücklich und zufrieden ihre Heimreise antreten. Patentrezepte gibt es leider nicht: Negativbeispiele sind ganz normale Sprachkurse, bei denen der 50+ Teilnehmer (Best Ager) zusätzlich noch einen Gutschein für eine Stadtrundfahrt und einen Museumsbesuch in die Hand gedrückt bekommt. Positivbeispiele sind Sprachschulen, bei denen der Altersdurchschnitt etwas höher ist und welche ein gut ausgearbeitetes Freizeit- und Kulturprogramm anbieten. Ein gutes Sprachreiseangebot für Best Ager bietet GET (Global Education Tumulka), dessen Konzept hier vorgestellt wird.
Validierung von informellem, non-formalem und formellem Lernen - eine Chance verschiedenste Lernwege an der Hochschule zu schätzen und damit auch Geflüchtete beim Zugang zur Hochschule zu unterstützen, die oftmals einen Bildungshintergrund haben, der nicht direkt mit dem europäischem System anschlussfähig ist bzw. nicht "in den Rahmen" passt.
