Plastifloor 800 PD is a waterproofing and protection system for concrete park decks. It consists of a primer, waterproofing membrane, drivable base coat, and colored sealer. The system offers high performance including crack bridging, chemical resistance, fast curing, and durability. It is suitable for new construction and refurbishment of damaged deck coatings. The system is applied to the prepared concrete in multiple layers that are troweled, rolled, and sealed to create a waterproof and slip resistant surface.
Plastifloor PUMMA resins are hybrid resins from MMA and PU. They are used for bridge deck repairs and overlays as well for waterproofing coatings on steel or concrete bridges. Plastifloor resins are approved by TÜV SÜD.

Plasti-Chemie produces Plastifloor and Plastipur resin coatings for industrial and commercial flooring applications. Their resins cure quickly, within 1-2 hours for Plastifloor and 6-7 hours for Plastipur. The company has production facilities in Germany and the US, shipping resins worldwide in drums, pails, and other containers. Plastifloor resins are methacrylate-based and offer high chemical resistance for applications such as parking decks, ship decks, and more. Installation involves surface preparation, application of primers and mortars, then coatings and sealers. Plasti-Chemie offers training and technical support for applicators.
Plastifloor produces MMA and PUMMA resin flooring systems in Germany. The resins were developed in 1995 and have proven effective in tough industrial and commercial conditions due to their fast curing, hygienic, and durable properties. Plastifloor offers a variety of resin products for primers, base coats, sealers, and topcoats that are customized for different substrate types and performance requirements.
Plasti Chemie is manufacturing fast curing Plastifloor and Plastipur resins since 1995. Plastifloor Plastipur and Plastistone resins are shipped into 50 countries. Check out also www.plasti-chemie.de
The hotel resort La Samanna in St. Martin needed to reconstruct the walk-in cooler flooring. The old tile flooring was difficult to clean and maintain and did not provide chemical or mechanical protection. It was replaced with Plastifloor, an seamless elastic epoxy resin flooring system, in a short timeframe over a weekend to minimize business disruption. The new flooring provides hygienic, slip-resistant, and easy to clean and maintain flooring suitable for the food service environment.
The document describes the reconstruction of a private pool in South Africa using Plastifloor® MMA resin coatings. The old cracked concrete pool was prepared by grinding, priming, and filling cracks. Then a flexible Plastifloor® 332 membrane and Plastifloor® 418 resin coating were applied which could be used just 2 hours later. The Plastifloor® system provides a seamless, waterproof, slip resistant, and easily cleanable surface suitable for pools.
Meilinger's meat and animal trading company needed to replace the old, cracked concrete floors in their meat production facility. They chose the Plastifloor® flooring system distributed by Plasti Chemie, which could be installed quickly over a weekend. The old floor was prepared by shot-blasting and filling cracks before applying primer, a flexible membrane, base coat, and sealant. The new seamless Plastifloor® floor allows easy cleaning and is better suited than tile or epoxy for withstanding temperatures in the meat facility. Production could resume on Monday after installation was completed by Sunday noon.
The document summarizes the reconstruction of industrial floors at Geiger Automotive Company in Ziemetshausen, Germany using the Plastifloor coating system. The existing damaged resin floors were milled, cracks were filled, and a primer was applied before installing a flexible membrane and final coating. This allowed the floors to be ready for use just 2 hours later, minimizing production downtime. Plastifloor provides a hard, durable flooring solution that can withstand thermal and vibration stresses in industrial environments.

Verarbeitungshinweise
Oberflächenvorbereitung
Plastifloor®

lagern. Bei der Lagerung können sich Paraffinanteile absetzen. Vor der
Verarbeitung sind die Gebinde daher gründlich aufzurühren. Beachten Sie
