Zum anderen werden die Entstehung sowie die In- tegration dieser Anwendung in hochschuldidaktischen Angeboten thematisiert.

Die Beispiele, anhand derer die Umsetzung eines konkreten Social Media Konzeptes verdeutlicht wird, stammen aus der Arbeitspraxis an der Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek Hamburg, wo der Referent seit zehn Jahren beschäftigt und seit 2010 im Rahmen einer eigens für das Aufgabengebiet eingerichteten Stabsstelle für Social Media zuständig ist.
