The aim of the AEMS policy analysis grouping is to set up a European structure that will make national European data on the resource input in arts education comparable. Our approach includes a meta analysis of policy development combined with empirical instruments.

Paul Collard - What value do Cultural Institutions and Cultural Educators add...EDUCULT
Keynote of Paul Collard/CCE at the conference: Cultural Educators in Europe - Development of a new profession, organized by EDUCULT for the AEMS project "Arts Education Monitoring System" in Vienna 15 February 2013
Facilitation of arts education research means helping participants work together towards a common goal, with the learner at the center. The facilitator's role is to step aside and empower participants as facilitators themselves, integrating a research perspective into their regular work to advance the field.
