heavens;
Praise Him, all His angels;

Praise Him, heavens of
heavens,
And you waters above
the heavens!
Praise the name of the
Lord,
For He commanded and
they were created.
Lobt ihn, alle Himmel!
Lobt ihn, ihr Wasser, die ihr über
dem Himmel seid!
Sie sollen den Namen des Herrn
loben,

You great sea creatures
and all the depths;
Lobt den Herrn auf der Erde,
Ihr Fische des Meeres und ihr
tiefen Ozeane,

Fire and hail, snow
and clouds;
Stormy wind,
fulfilling His word;
Feuer und Hagel, Schnee und
Sturm,
Wind und Wetter, die ihm
gehorchen,

Mountains and all hills;
Fruit trees and all cedars;
Berge und alle Hügel,
Obstbäume und Zedern,

Beasts and all cattle;
Creeping things and birds;
Wilde Tiere und Vieh,
Reptilien und Vögel,

Kings of the earth and
all peoples; princes and
judges of the earth;
Young men and maidens;
Old men and children.
Könige der Erde und alle Völker,
Herrscher und Richter der Erde,
Junge Männer und junge Frauen,
Alte wie junge Menschen.

Let them praise the name of
the Lord,
For His name alone is exalted;
His glory is above the earth
and heaven.
Alle sollen den Namen des
Herrn loben.
Denn allein sein Name ist groß
Und sein Ruhm überragt Erde
und Himmel!
