It’s not only about an e-shop. It’s about how online shopping looks like for TRUMPF customers. Starting up e-commerce at TRUMPF is a digital transformation story. It starts from scratch on and leads to our vision of a customer experience platform. The main characters of that story are people with a huge variety of backgrounds and skills, but no professional e-commerce experience.
Rainer brings over 15 years of experience in various e-commerce and marketing-related projects. He is passionate about establishing digital business at traditional companies. Together with his cross-functional team he is running a corporate start up at TRUMPF. Besides his “Digital Pioneer” job he loves being offline and spending time with his family, cooking and photography.
