Was heisst das konkret?

– 17. Juni in Hamburg stattfand. The document summarizes insights from over 200 European tourism directors and entrepreneurs on future skills needs within five tourism subsectors: accommodations, travel agencies and tour operators, food and beverage operations, visitor attractions, and destination management. Interviews identified digital, green, and social skills that will be important for each subsector in the future. Flexibility, sustainability mindsets, collaboration, hospitality, and customer service were skills highlighted across multiple sectors.
