How it all started

The results of our survey were challenging.
- unclear strategy & vision, people feeling
disempowered, work overload, bad
leadership..
So we started to discuss our structures.
In 2012 we
decided to adopt
the Holacracy
Constitution

role, governance,
tactical, roles, this

People are now „role filler“

trapped

moving on, moving through

because there were some good things:
- structure of meetings
- some practices..
- pragmatic approach: safe enough to try,
good enough to start,
- forcing people to exchange and meet
- - irritating old thinking patterns and
evokes new thinking and perspectives.

energy bottleneck

in 2013 I left
the
organization.

don’t force new methods. Don’t buy them.
The shortcut can turnout to be no shortcut
at all

we don’t need a social technology. but a
transformation of the mind and heart.

how to transform organizations, systems,

how navigate complexity, insecurity,

how to engage people? how to create
organizations where people actually want
to live in? (yes, they are alive while
working..)
