Die Beziehung zum eigenen ich dient als Muster für Beziehungen. Wie gehst Du mit dir selber um? Was hast Du für Selbstgespräche und wo stehest Du mit Deinem Selbstwertgefühl? Was denkst Du über Dich selber?
Was bedeutet: Die Beziehung zum eignen Ich? Wie siehst Du dich selbst? Fühlst Du dich oft klein, als Versager und Nichtsnutz, oder eher als den Gewinner? Was läuft gerade nicht in Deinem Leben rund? Hat es viele Ecken, oder bist Du ganz zufrieden mit dir? Stellst Du dich selbst in Frage, wenn wieder einmal alles daneben geht? Dann solltest Du dir mal überlegen, wie Du zu dir selbst stehst...was willst Du ändern, was nicht....wie sind deine ganz persönlichen Selbstgespräche...Was sagt Dir dein kleiner Mann im Ohr?
Selbstverantwortung ist sehr wichtig denn, wie Buddha schon sagte, Es ist eine Tatsache, dass man es nie allen recht machen kann. Vermeide deshalb Vergleiche, denn sie erzeugen nur Leid und eine falsche Sichtweise. Wisse immer, was Du selber willst und handle danach
