The open-access.net platform provides comprehensive information on OA and offers practical implementation advice. The first round of the project, which has already been completed, was devoted to building the platform. The main goals of the current second round are to establish a network of OA promoters as a lobby for OA on the science policy level and to internationalise the open-access.net platform.
