you need a working pause

READ ALOUD

... and take it to the right place in my Self.
YOUR CONSCIOUS MIND DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW WHERE THAT IS

Now relax,
let this sentence work
Surrender
to the power of these words
JUST LET GO, LET IT HAPPEN

Now relax and go with the clock,
until you feel a shift

You can go with the clock

the degree of distress
related to this virus
ON A SCALE FROM ZERO TO 10

Explore
physical and emotional symptoms
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LEVEL OF DISTRESS?

Repeat this complete exercise
three or four times a day
until you feel OK

It may not heal the flu immediately
BUT IT MAY SPEED UP THE HEALING PROCESS
AND YOU MAY SUFFER LESS, PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY
