"In 2012 Paula became head of the international petition platform Change.org in Germany. Under her leadership Change.org grew up from 60,000 to 1.5 million users in a year. In 2014 Paula took on a global role at Change.org as Director Strategy as part of the Chief of Staff team.
Previously, Paula was responsible for social media and online campaigning at WWF.
