Winters Run Golf Club, Bel Air, MD January 2012-Present
An 18-hole private member-owned golf club with 350 members playing 30,000 rounds annually and a
merchandise concession with over $200,000 in annual revenues.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the golf shop, including but not limited to tee
sheet management, checking in golfers, recommending, fitting equipment to
players needs, staffing, and ensuring a first class golf experience for all members
and guests.
• Responsible for training and supervision of 16 staff members
• Assisted in sales and purchasing for $200,000 in merchandise concessions
• Sit on both the membership and social committees and act as liaison between
staff and committee/board of directors
• Act as Head Professional in his absence
• Conducted over 175 lessons annually to players of all ages and skill levels
• Responsible for player development programming at the club, including but not
limited to Ladies 9 Hole Instructional League/Clinic, High School Performance
Clinic, Beginner Junior Clinic, Family Golf Events/Instruction.
• Responsible for the execution of 8-10 corporate and charity outings annually,
including staffing, printed materials, special contests and event scoring with
revenues in excess of $20,000

A recently converted snack bar to restaurant, gaining traction with a want for more efficiency,
profitability and event coordination with annual revenues of $300,000.
• Reduced food cost by 8% over the first year and 15 % by the end of year two
• Through a comprehensive menu planning process, I rebuilt the menu to offer
newer, healthier and quality items
• Completely revised the procedure manuals pertaining to receiving, storing, and
preparing foods
• Held training sessions for all servers to ensure a high level of customer service for
all members and guests
