8. “ Language & culture notes” linking intercultural and foreign language issues to create complex awareness and knowledge - as foundation for language tasks and subsequent interaction in international team “ Teacher’s notes” as a step by step guide through the web collaboration activities (for larger unit and individual activities)
9. icEurope Teacher Workshops “ Intercultural language learning: Web collaboration in the English classroom” What are they about? The teacher workshops deal with creating and running intercultural web collaboration activities with the help of Moodle and other web tools . Participants will have the opportunity to work hands-on with the icEurope Moodle sample units. Developing intercultural communicative competence through web collaboration and other e-learning activities How to create own activities & how to teach and support learners online Networking and exchange of ideas & best practices Target groups Language teachers (secondary and tertiary education) & trainers Teacher trainees University students
