2007 Discordant Event
In December of 2007 Thane Heins of Potential Difference Inc. was testing a new
electric generator coil design in his research lab in Almonte Ontario when he
experienced a discordant event which would forever change the world of physics.
When Heins put a load on his new generator he fully expected the generator to
decelerate the prime mover as is suggested by three centuries of well established
physics knowledge but the opposite occurred and the system accelerated itself
instead with no additional external input energy being supplied the prime mover.
307 years of physics knowledge was made completely obsolete in an instant on
that day and Heins made the most important scientific discovery in human history
for the second time in 187 years.
2008 Perpetual Motion Machine of the First Kind Performance
Confirmation at MIT
On January 26th
, 2008 Heins visited Dr. Zahn at MIT in order to ascertain the
cause of the undesired acceleration anomaly and to determine if it had any
commercial value and if he really did make the most important scientific discovery
in human history again. Toronto Star: Turning physics on its ear
Dr. Zahn confirmed that Heins' Perepiteia Generator innovation was indeed
performing Positive Work at infinite efficiency, accelerating itself under load and
increasing its own Kinetic Energy with no external energy being supplied to it.
Heins' invention was violating Newton's First Law of Motion, Newton's Third Law
of Motion, the First Law of Thermodynamics and the Law of Conservation of
Energy which certainly made it the most important scientific discovery in human
history.

More importantly Dr. Zahn also confirmed that the Peripeteia Generator was
operating as a Perpetual Motion Machine of the First Kind and was performing
Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase) with no external energy being
added to the system.
Perpetual Motion Machines of the First Kind violate the First Law of Thermodynamics.
They perform Mechanical Work (i.e. movement) without any energy being input; this
violates the Principle of the Conservation of Energy.

When Tyler Hamilton of the Toronto Star asked Dr. Zahn if the Peripeteia
Generator was a Perpetual Motion Machine of the Third Kind he said no it was not
because all the resisitve forces were still at play within the system.
Clearly the First Law of Thermodynamics and the Law of Conservation of Energy
were being violated because the prime mover input power consumption
decreased while Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase) was being
performed.
Dr. Zahn went on to confirm that Lenz's Law of Induction and Faraday's Law of
Induction were also both being violated and rewritten.
2008-2010.5 Ottawa University Perpetual Motion Machine Performance
Confirmations and Research Collaboration
A research collaboration was established between Dr. Zahn at MIT and Dr. Habash
of the Power Lab at the University of Ottawa in 2008 to determine how and why
Newton's First and Third Laws of Motion, Lenz's Law of Induction, Faraday's Law
of Induction, the First Law of Thermodynamics, potentially Maxwell's Equations,
the Law of Conservation of Energy and the Work-Energy Principle were all being
violated and to identify created energy source.
Thane Heins and Luc Choquette isolated the system's acceleration phenomenon
(Positive Work, system Kinetic Energy increase) and the created energy source to
the Peripeteia Generator coil's created Electromagnetic Field Energy in 2009.

2012 Siemens Perpetual Motion Machine Evaluation Assistance
In 2012 Mike Jenkinson's software engineering team at Siemens, CD-adapco
helped identify the Peripeteia Generator coil's acceleration phenomenon as being
the result of a Load Current Time Delay, a Lenz's Law of Induction Time Delay
and a Newton's Third Law of Motion Time Delay while definitively confirming the
violation of Lenz's Law of Induction, Newton's Third Law of Motion and Perpetual
Motion Machine of the Third Kind operation.
The energy source which eluded Dr. Zahn in 2008 was created Electromagnetic
Field Energy which is created according to the Law of Creation of Energy
The Law of Creation of Energy was originally discovered by Hans Christian

Oersted at the University of Copenhagen in 1820 when Oersted employed created
Electromagnetic Field Energy to violate Newton's First Law of Motion; to increase
the Kinetic Energy of a compass needle.
The compass needle's Kinetic Energy increase equaled the Work performed which
also equaled the created Electromagnetic Field Energy required in order to
perform the Work.
Hans Christian Oersted invented the world's first Perpetual Motion Machine of the
First Kind in 1820, Micheal Faraday built the second one in 1822 and Faraday also
built the third one in 1834.
They perform Mechanical Work (i.e. movement) without any (EXTERNAL) energy being
input; this violates the Principle of the Conservation of Energy.
The energy source which facilitates Oersted's, Faraday's and Heins' Perpetual
Motion Machine of the First Kind operation is energy that is created at the Sub-
Atomic Quantum Electron level according to the Law of Creation of Energy of
1820.
The Law of Creation of Energy of 1820 states that:
Electromagnetic Field Energy is created at the Sub-Atomic Quantum Electron level
in every Current Bearing Wire via Electron Fission and Electron Fusion when an
Electromotive Force (Voltage) is applied to or induced in a Current Bearing Wire in
a Closed Circuit.
Electrons are forced out of their Valence orbits via Electron Fission and they
cascade within the Wire as Electric Current. When the unstable Electrons return
back down to their Valence Orbits via Electron Fission they create and emit
Photons which create and constitute the Electromagnetic Field Energy around the
Current Bearing Wire.
A Photon is an elementary particle that is a quantum of the Electromagnetic Field,
and is the force carrier for Electromagnetic Force.
This created Electromagnetic Field Photon Energy is the Energy Source which is
required to perform Negative Work in every Faraday Generator since 1834 and
Positive Work in every ReGenX Generator and ReGen-X Quantum Motor since
2007 according to the Work-Energy Principle.
Oersted's original Law of Creation of Energy discovery would go completely
unnoticed by the global scientific community for 192 years until 2012 when
Siemens helped prove that created Electromagnetic Field Energy was the energy
source which was required in order to perform the Negative Work (system Kinetic

Energy decrease) in all Faraday Generators since 1834 (according to Lenz's Law
of Induction) and the Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase) in all
Peripeteia Generators since 2007 (according to Hens' Law of Induction).
The global scientific community's 192 year old obviously false assertion that
Faraday Generator's could violate the Work-Energy Principle, produce a Counter-
Electromagnetic-Torque and perform Negative Work reducing the Kinetic Energy
of generator prime mover system, an electric vehicle or a 20,000 Ton train
without energy was finally proven false after almost 2 centuries.
Locomotive Dynamic Braking works by employing the train's traction motors as
generators. The Electromagnetic Field Energy created inside the traction motors
produces Electromagnetic Resistance via a Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque and it
performs Negative Work which reduces the Kinetic Energy of the train.
The train's Kinetic Energy decrease (in Joules) is equal to the Negative Work
performed (in Joules) by the created Electromagnetic Field Energy which also
equals the magnitude of created Electromagnetic Field Energy (in Joules).

How the Work-Energy Principle and Faraday Electric Generators have all
Proven the Law of Creation of Energy since 1834
According to the Work-Energy Principle Negative Work is performed whenever the
Kinetic Energy of a Body or System is reduced.
The magnitude of the Kinetic Energy decrease equals the magnitude of Negative
Work performed on the Body or System.
And the magnitude of Negative Work performed equals the magnitude of Energy
required to perform the Negative Work.
In the case of a Faraday Electric Generator;
1. the magnitude of Kinetic Energy reduction of the prime mover,
2. equals the magnitude of Negative Work performed,
3. which equals the magnitude of created Electromagnetic Field Energy

EV Regenerative Braking and the Law of Creation of Energy
The Kinetic Energy of a 1000 kg electric vehicle traveling at 100 km/hr is 138,890
Joules.
During EV regenerative braking 138,890 Joules of Electromagnetic Field Energy is
created inside the EV's generator / Perpetual Motion Machine of the Third Kind.
Which performs 138,890 Joules of Negative Work and the EV's Kinetic Energy is
reduced to 0.00 Joules.

Summary of New Revised Laws of Physics for Electrodynamic Systems
and Perpetual Motion Machines of the First Kind Operation
They perform Mechanical Work (i.e. Kinetic Energy reduction or increase) without any
(EXTERNAL) energy being input into them; this violates the Principle of the
Conservation of Energy.
Newton's First and Third Laws of Motion have never applied in Electricity and
Magnetism Physics and were both invalidated by Hans Christian Oersted in 1820,
by Michael Faraday and Emil Lenz in 1834 and by Thane Heins in 2007 because
the Force which changes the object's velocity and the energy required to produce
the Force is internally created and not externally applied.

magnetic field according to Faraday's Law of Induction is such that the created
Electromagnetic Field Energy will exert a Negative Mechanical Force, it will
perform Negative Work and physically oppose changes in the initial magnetic field
such that the Kinetic Energy of the changing magnetic field will be reduced.
The Kinetic Energy reduction of the changing magnetic field (in Joules) equals the
magnitude of Negative Work performed (in Joules) which also equals the
magnitude of Electromagnetic Field Energy created (in Joules).
A Perpetual Motion Machine of the First Kind violates the First Law of
