and second generation derivatives. The
potential areas of investments are for
manufacture of castor oil derivatives of
higher generations.

Uses Large quantities of onion are exported from
Gujarat in the form of raw onion nd value
added dehydrated onion for which a number

suitable for processing (higher solid
content),better storage facilities, modern
energy efficient dehydration units, and
irradiation center for preventing spoilage.
