1. INTRODUCTION
Samdareeya Mall was established on 7th
May, 2010
Samdareeya Mall is the first Mall of
Jabalpur which is Centrally located.
It is built up in an area of 130000 sq. ft.
Samdareeya Mall has eight floors which
excludes basement 1 & 2.
It has brands like Blackberry, Metro
Shoes, Reliance Trends, Reliance
Footprint, Lee & Wrangler, Peter
England, Pepe and Westside.
2. Samdariya Group.
Samdareeya started of with a Jewellery
Store by the name of Abhushan.
It later on diversified into Samdariya
Builders Pvt. Ltd. who are into Real
Estate as well as construction of
Residential Complexes and Societies.
Samdariya’s have Public Schools to their
names, they also are into mines and
Guest Houses.
The latest addition to their name is
Samdareeya Mall.
5. Zones at Samdareeya Mall.
Basement is located for parking purpose.
In ground floor showrooms of Blackberry, Samdareeya
Abhushan, Departmental Stores and Jewellery shops.
On Atrium we can find Reliance Footprints store and
famous Westside Departmental Store.
On first floor we have Archie‘s, John Player, Just-I,
Brewberry Cafe and H & A store and home furnishing
zone.
On second Floor Samdareeya Mall has about 33 shops
which are segregated into Economical Bazaar, Game
Zone, Ladies market and Next Electronics which is a
multi branded store.
On Third Floor they have a food court which is run by
Nirmala Food and is named as Freak Out, Box-Office
and Multisuicine Restaurant.
Fourth Floor is dedicated to Multiplex.
6. Grend Samdareeya.
Samdareeya Mall has another wing
which is having a hotel by the name of
Grend Samdareeya.
The hotel has 24 rooms.
Banquet Hall which can accommodate
approximately 1200 people.
Rooftop Restaurant which
accommodates nearly 40 to 50
people.
Terrace is also used for Parties which
can have 1500 to 2000 people.

Facility management refers to the integration of
