1. Employ the Right People - the right people interacting with your
   customers will make all the difference between success and failure -
   simple as that.
2. Encourage a Happy Team - make sure that you look after your
   people well in all they do. Getting the best customer service will only
   come from having all of your people onside.
3. Prioritize Customer Service - build the simple understanding in your
   team that this is the number one activity. Demonstrate it yourself at
   all times.
4. Sample Your Own Customer Service - by actively seeking to
   appreciate the experience your customers have, you will learn much.
5. Remove Unnecessary Processes - just stop doing anything that you
   can that does not create value. Revisit every activity you do that
   impacts on customers and make sure they are all in their interests.
6. Build Great Relationships - with your people, with your customers
   and encourage each one of your employees to do the same. It can be
   your Unique Selling Point and invaluable because of that.
7. Seek Feedback & Respond - by asking about customer’ own
   experiences, you will find out much and you can then respond
   constructively.
8. Experience Competitors Service - when you get to know what your
   competitors are doing you can learn from them - as well as pat
   yourselves on the back maybe too!

9. Reward Great Service - giving praise in recognition of a job well done
