 Pull up your TTU e-mail
 Click Options in the top right corner
under your name
 Click See All Options…

3. OUTLOOK
 Under the Settings → Mail tab you will
see an area to type up your
“E-mail Signature”
 Type in the type of signature you wish
to be on every message you send
 Make sure the “automatically include
signature” box is checked
 CLICK SAVE!!! at the bottom right corner
of the browser

4. RULES
 Always include the same signature for professional consistency (does not include your
salutation)
 You must set up the signature on all your devices
 According to a study, including your middle initial makes you look smarter (might as well…
and this includes on a resume…)
 Pick a generic but semi-formal salutation for all e-mails
 INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
 DO NOT use “unprofessional” fonts or colors
