Dan Berlin is the Founder and Principal at Watch City Research, a user experience research consultancy based in Waltham, MA. After spending ten years leading and building the research team at Mad*Pow, a former experience design agency in New England, Dan struck out on his own and started the consultancy. Since 2021, he has conducted usability studies, user interviews, tree studies, and other types of meaningful research for clients across myriad industries. Dan prides himself on providing actionable recommendations so clients never have a “now what?” moment after partnering together on research. He edited the O’Reilly Media book “97 Things Every UX Practitioner Should Know."
