It consists of three circles, the last marginalized people, the least or people in physical and situational need, and the lost people or people in spiritual need. At the very center of these three circles where they overlap indicates some of Europe’s greatest kingdom need. These are marginalized peoples who are currently in need of help and are not followers of Christ.It’s pretty clear that this framework takes a kingdom of God perspective on Christian mission. The kingdom of God and mission as transformation are nothing new to Europe. What this model offers that is new is a European contextualized approach to the last, the least and the lost of today’s Europe. Let us go quickly through each of them and show how this all works together.
