This document discusses whether yogurt can facilitate better eating habits in children and be considered a signature of a healthy diet. It summarizes several studies that show yogurt provides important vitamins and minerals to children's diets. Research presented found that yogurt consumption is associated with improved nutrient intake, healthier overall dietary patterns, and more active lifestyles in children and adolescents. The conclusion is that yogurt consumption can indicate a healthy diet and lifestyle.
