12. HR technology solutions are becoming increasingly
important in the business world, now more than
ever. Companies that were once reliant on manual
processes and employees to handle hiring, training,
onboarding, payroll processing, and administrative tasks are
now turning to software systems and cloud-based platforms.
More and more organizations are waking up to the fact that
advanced technology can play a crucial role in streamlining
their human resource processes, thereby providing a
competitive edge over peers who have not yet adopted these
solutions.
Pertaining to this growing trend, this edition, the Top 10 HR
Tech Solution Providers, 2021, brings the spotlight on
companies that strive to innovate such systems and
platforms, leading to a consequential transformation of the
HR industry altogether.
One prominent name among such companies is ConnX
Pty. Ltd., which is on a mission to continually empower
HR teams to create a great place to work, enable managers
to lead with clarity, and encourage staff through improved
employee experience.
With its headquarters in Milton, Qld, ConnX has helped
hundreds of businesses streamline their HR workflow into a
single solution for nearly two decades.
“Our vision is to have one single integrated platform, just
one login, for all managers and all employees to be able to
access their people operations through that one platform.
This reduces the HR administrative burden, so HR teams
have the time to think and act more strategically,” says
Zane Knight, the Director.
A Legacy of Excellence
ConnX is a family business run by brothers Zane and Brent
Knight, with approximately 60 employees. The team has
created a family culture where staff can develop, provide
feedback, be heard, and join in weekly events (and more
importantly, laugh and have fun!). For the past 18 years,
Zane and Brent have surrounded themselves with HR and
payroll professionals – experts in their fields with decades
of experience.
As software developers, the team is continually listening to
client feedback and enhancing the ConnX solution. All
software upgrades are provided free to clients, and clients
can join monthly free webinars about topical changes and
software upgrades.
ConnX is also selective about partnering with leading
complementary solutions. “Our reputation is not only on
our own software solution, but also extends to our partners.
So, we are careful to ensure partner solutions are of the
highest standard,” says the team.
Setting Benchmarks
ConnX’s modular approach allows clients to prioritize their
solution to focus on what matters most with the end goal of
managing every element of the employee lifecycle, from
hire to retire.
The ConnX solution includes core HR, self-service,
positions, recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, learning and development, workplace health
and safety, leave approvals and record keeping, and

13. timesheets. Driving these processes is the very flexible and
powerful workflow engine that automates many manual
daily tasks.
“Our philosophy is to empower HR teams with the
education to manage their own solution. This means when
changes occur, they can re-configure the solution to suit the
current processes and practices without incurring additional
fees from us. We call them our ConnXperts!” adds Zane.
Overcoming Adversities
Talking about the challenges imposed by the pandemic on
the company and how the team strove to sustain operations,
Zane says, “COVID reminded us that ‘The Only Constant
in Life Is Change’ and that we are extremely resilient.
Whether that is home-schooling, working-from-home,
missing loved ones, missing milestone events, or any other
thing, we do what needs to be done.”
“At ConnX, we continued to help all clients navigate their
way through that change. We enhanced our free monthly
education sessions open to all clients; we transitioned (like
everyone else) from face-to-face to fully online
implementation and training. Our preference is still one on
one, face-to-face training (which our clients don’t pay more
for).”
“
“
“
“
“As a business, we kept all staff on, we ensured when
clients needed us, we were there for them! We choose to
put people over profit,” Zane expressed.
Opinions that Matter
We asked Zane for his opinion about the impact made by
the adoption of modern technologies such as AI and
machine learning on the HR Tech space and what more
could be expected in the future, to which he said, “If we are
honest, the current ‘trend’ has always been there. This is
.
14. really just the next evolution of removing administrative
burden and having the software do more of the background
work for you. Process automation is around us everywhere
we look, and this will continue as software vendors
incorporate more into their solutions.”
“It’s great to see many vendors adding innovative features
into their solutions. Everyone wins from this work as clients
benefit from the automation, and the industry strives to
achieve bigger and better goals.”
“At the end of the day, a person will always be needed to
make and action the final decision. Well, let’s hope so
anyway, or we may all be in trouble!” Zane added.
As excerpts from his professional journey, Zane shared
valuable advice to the budding entrepreneurs venturing into
the HR Tech space, saying, “Have a documented plan, share
your plan regularly. Research as much as you can; just
because someone else has it doesn’t mean you can’t. Clients
willingly pay for quality and service, don’t compete on
price. Choose to go niche or to go large – don’t go middle
road. If you go niche, go very niche, and expand from there.
We never fail, we either win, or we learn! And finally,
celebrate every success.”
“ “
“ “
Voyaging towards New Horizons
Sharing his vision for scaling ConnX’s operations and
offerings in 2021, Zane says, “There is a lot that continues
to happen in the HR world. We have two new modules
launching this year for clients to get on board with. Both
modules continue with the vision of single solution
operations. We plan on four software upgrades this year –
this is one more than usual. We continue to evaluate and
partner with new businesses too.”

16. Providing Comprehensive Payroll Services for Smooth Business Workflow
We are living in an era where technological
advancements have simplified and streamlined
our lives. With traditional processes going
digital, the development of new platforms, software tools
have saved the time, cost, and human efforts for mundane
and repetitive tasks.
The payroll management system is one of the prominent
examples of this. Payroll management is such a boring and
time-consuming task for any employee. Concentration laps
can cause mistakes in calculations and may lead to fines and
penalties.
Hence, in such a scenario, payroll management software
plays a vital role in automating the complete procedure.
Having a payroll management system is important,
especially for small and medium companies.
When it comes down to selecting one of the many payroll
service provider companies, one prominent name pops out
at the first instance is GetPayroll.
GetPayroll has been providing easy-to-use professional
payroll services at competitive prices to businesses
nationwide for over 30 years. Situated in Lewisville, TX,
the company is spearheaded by its CEO, Charles J Read.
The following extract explores the excellent services rolled
out by the company.
Compliant Services
GetPayroll offers payroll, timekeeping, and HR solutions
for small and medium-sized businesses. Its USP is compli-
ance. GetPayroll is one of the few HR companies to have a
US tax court practitioner on staff, which helps its clients
avoid costly legal mistakes. The company offers not only
HR solutions but also a full stack of tech solutions from
timekeeping to payroll to onboarding to enable a holistic
HR solution, which is critical in today’s economy.
Charles said, “We do not view HR as a silo. Many of our
clients had to pivot to work from home and adjust to the
new normal. We rolled out new timekeeping and
onboarding solutions that seamlessly integrated with payroll
so that our clients could manage their human resources
without any friction. We are enabling small businesses to
compete with larger businesses by offering new features,
training, and best practices.”
Inspiring Leadership
Charles J Read is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), US
Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP), member of the Internal
Revenue Service Advisory Council (IRSAC), and the
Founder of GetPayroll. Charles is a decorated United States
Marine Corps sergeant, a combat veteran of the Vietnam
war. While in service, he was trained by IBM as a computer
programmer and later a system engineer.
He pioneered Green Payroll in 1998 and successfully
steered the company for the last 30 years. He is also the
author of four books. His latest book – The Payroll Book: A
Guide For Small Businesses and Start-ups, is currently #25
in the HR section on Amazon.
AI and the future
Charles shared his views about the implementation of AI in
an organization – AI has accelerated the adoption of new
HR technology from screening, hiring to onboarding new
employees. Due to the hybrid work environment, it will be

individuals for the best fit and eliminate any repetitive
tasks. Adoption of AI will also help small businesses get
access to demand pay, which will even help the playing
field.
The market is growing, and with the new challenges that
the hybrid model has created, it is a great time for new
entrepreneurs to enter the market. Disruption leads to
opportunities, and there are plenty of opportunities right
now.
Braving the pandemic
The Covid-19 pandemic shackled the whole world.
Companies faced serious losses during the critical period.
However, it was fairly easy for the GetPayroll staff to move
to work from home, as all systems are cloud-based. Talking
about the pandemic days, Charles said, “We proactively
communicated with our clients, letting them know that
while we might not be physically in the office, they could
still reach us as usual for any questions. In fact, we found
employee morale improves with the hybrid model and
continuing to offer it.”
Words of Appreciation
Will Brown – Some of the best people in the area that absolutely are the best at what they
do. Charles is an absolute genius and has a team behind him (oddly enough, that are almost
all named Chris) that will take care of you. We came from ADP, and there were miles of
difference. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!
Donna Hahn - We have been using GetPayroll for over three years and love their service!
Everyone at the company is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and always gets you an answer to
even the simplest questions. They take care of all government taxes, employee posters,
filings, and reporting. Their reports are easy to read and very helpful in managing our
payroll expenses.
Our company employs both 1099 and W-2 employees, and the process for both is so easy!
They give you all the services of other bigger competitors at a fraction of the costs, and
they even integrate with our time management system to streamline the process even
further! Great company to work with, and we will be here for a long time!!!
Looking Ahead
GetPayroll is aggressively investing in marketing to scale
the company’s growth. New businesses formation is at its
peak, which gives the company an opportunity to get new
clients. The team is focusing on positioning Charles Read
as an authority on all things payroll and HR by having him
booked on 3–4 podcasts each week. Also, they are promot-
ing ‘The Payroll Book’ via social media to generate interest.

20. Technology and fast lifestyle have kept us so busy
that it has become quite hard to realize that in the
past few years the working structure has completely
transformed. Many reasons change the way we work, and
recently technology is one significant influential factor.
After every few years, there comes a technology trend that
completely transforms the outlook of the industry, which is
later followed by other industries applying that too. In the
midst of observing these sudden changes every few years, it
is really difficult to make a career choice for a young and
easily influential mind.
Some careers have a high demand in the market today that
did not even exist a few years ago. The ever-changing
nature of industries has made it tough for the young
generation to choose a path and even difficult to stay on it.
Apart from that, the uncertainty of different jobs along with
the environment has made the process a lot complicated for
the students in choosing a career.
The coronavirus outbreak was one such example of the
uncertainty of jobs. In the current COVID-19 pandemic,
more than 114 million people have lost their jobs in 2020
alone. It again leads to the question about choosing the right
careers with certainty for at least a stable life and income.
While choosing a career, one must consider the certainty in
that industry and that job. Along with other factors like pay
scale and the scope of growth, career choices are often
Promising

22. made under the influence of others. Considering all the
uncertainty of the jobs and the changing nature of the jobs,
here are the five career options for you to choose from in
2022, which come with good pay, growth, and stability.
1. Doctors and Medical Professionals
The whole structure of the economy and the concept of
development has been defined by humans, for humans. Till
the whole existence of life revolves around the most
intelligent animal, there is also the need to take care of that
intelligent animal. In other words, the need for humans,
nurses, doctors will always be there. In the ongoing
COVID-19 pandemic, we witnessed the importance of
doctors, needs, and in general, medical professionals. In
fact, in the middle of the crisis, WHO reportedly released
data stating that the world is short of 5.7 million nurses by
the year 2030.
Along with that, there are various fields, specializations,
and sectors that are available for the students to choose
from. Choosing a career in the field of health care will
always be in demand and definitely a good choice to choose
in 2022 and beyond.
2. Data Analysts
The role of data analysts existed since the beginning, but it
was known with different names in different eras,
depending on the dominant force in that era, despite that
this field has got a huge boost when technology came into
the picture. The inclusion of technology in our lives along
with money has given companies data. Data, which is even
hard for a supercomputer to analyze. Since all the industries
across the world are up and running because of ‘DATA,’ the
world is in need of data analysts. Apart from that IT
industry with deep pockets is paying heavily for data
analysts.
Interestingly the projected growth for careers in data
analysts is 16 percent. This is more than three times the
average growth rate of national employment. This field is
also ground-breaking as around 26 percent of the jobs in
this sector are held by women. Considering a career as a
data analyst would be an excellent choice for making quick
money.
3. Artificial Intelligence
In this highly technical world where the work is constantly
changing, and the fear of a robot replacing you is always
lurking in the corner, what if you choose a career that
designs the robot? As interesting and exploring as it is, it is
one of the leading career options available for students all
around the world.
What adds more value to this career option is that
companies are offering a good package to the engineers. AI
is currently new in the industry, and the scope of its growth
will likely grow in upcoming years. For a career in AI, one
must at least have a bachelor’s degree along with a master’s
degree in computer sciences.
4. Veterinarians
The relation between animals and humans goes back almost
to the start of the human race. People have loved animals
and are still loving them. People today are considering pets
as their family members and are ready to pay a handsome
amount of money for their healthcare and grooming. So,
there is always the need for veterinarians for the world to
run stably.
Like humans, these animals also need care, and becoming a
veterinarian might be an ideal career choice to go for in
2022. With an 18 percent growth rate annually, if you like
animals and would like to work with them, a career in the
veterinary field would be an ideal choice for you.
5. Financial Manager
One of the growing career options that have been explored
by people good with numbers is the financial manager.
There is a lot of money in the market, and it does require a
lot of attention. This is where financial managers come into
the picture to help the companies and individuals with a lot
of assets to manage. They help in making financial
decisions and ensure that the organization meets the desired
goal.
If you are good with numbers and people, then this is the
ideal career choice for you. Along with that, the median
salary is just as good, and to provide the icing on the cake,
the unemployment rate in this career is 1.4%. To choose a
career to forward with 2022, the financial manager is one of
the few options from commerce that tops the list.
So, here are the five best career options for the year 2022.

Screening Group
Bringing Responsiveness, Quality, and Results
Technology is evolving with time. New technologies
have fundamentally impacted the way we move
around the world on a daily basis, whether it is the
way we work, rest, travel, or manage the capital.
Because a company is made up of its employees, the human
resources (HR) function is critical. Every element of the HR
function is impacted by automation and will grow
increasingly reliant on it, including talent acquisition,
employee payroll and compensation, and HR analytics.
There are a few HR Tech companies that believe in finding
ways to help streamline the business through background
checks and/or lender solutions. One such company is
Private Eyes Screening Group, situated in Nevada,
California. This organization is led by Sandra James, the
CEO who has built the company into a global firm, serving
clients in all 50 states and over 200 countries.
In our endeavor of finding the Top HR Tech Solution, we
came across Private Eyes Screening Group. Over 21 years,
Private Eyes has continually harnessed the latest technology
and practiced bringing its clients the information they need
to make the best-informed decisions as soon as possible.
Following are the highlights of the interview.
Please brief our audience about Private Eyes Screening
Group, its USPs, and how it is currently positioned as a
leading player in the HR Tech niche.
At Private Eyes, we make a safe workplace possible by
providing quality background checks to our clients across
the nation fast. Our team took innovation to the next level
during the COVID pandemic and combined their talent and
expertise to complete the development of our peek
platform. This has expanded our ability to continue as a
leader in the background screening industry.
Shed some light on Private Eyes Screening Group’s
offerings and how are these making an impact on the
industry and your clients?
We help our clients get the right hire by making sure that
their candidates have the credentials that are stated with a
quality background check fast.
Being an experienced leader, share with us your opinion
on what impact has the adoption of modern technologies
such as AI and machine learning had on the HR Tech
space and what more could be expected in the future?
This has had a huge impact, and now there is software that
can extract the information from a resume to confirm if the
candidate is qualified for the position or it can move to the
next candidate. Automation continues to change the
industry as we utilize more AI.
Considering the ongoing pandemic, what initial
challenges did you face, and how did you drive your
company to sustain operations while ensuring the safety
of your employees at the same time?
We implemented our business continuity plan to shelter in
place on March 16th, 2020. We had never had all of our
team remote like most companies before this happened. We
are so grateful that we were able to continue fully
operational serving our clients.
We had weekly meetings on zoom with our team to check
in, and I made calls to team members individually as well to
make sure that they were ok.

26. Our goal was to make sure that the team members were safe
and that we could maintain our service level. We had a few
team members that remained in the office but were socially
distanced in separate offices with all of the CDC guidelines.
We provided masks, antibacterial soap, etc. Now, we have a
99% vaccinated office and have implemented a hybrid
model of some staff returning to the offices and some
staying remote.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs
who aspire to venture into the HR Tech market?
Go for it! It is a large market, so if you have a product or
service that can support the HR industry, there is a lot of
room to grow it. Every starting business needs that first
client and can grow from there.
How do you envision scaling Private Eyes Screening
Group's operations and offerings in the future?
We have an aggressive marketing initiative as we are
experiencing significant growth in 2021. We are focused on
100% growth by the end of 2022!
Hard work and long hours come naturally to Sandra, having spent her childhood waking every morning before
dawn to milk cows on her family's Nebraska farm. That experience prepared her well for the life of an
entrepreneur, and she opened her first business, a mortgage credit reporting company, in 1989.
Ten years later, increasing demand from clients for background checks led her to expand into the background
screening world. In 2010 she expanded again, adding the subsidiary 4506- Transcripts.com to meet the need
for banks and financial institutions to verify income for borrowers through the Internal Revenue Service.
She attributes her success to remaining true to her core commitment offering high-quality, personalized,
efficient customer service while continually adopting new technologies to meet clients' needs.
A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, Sandra shares her expertise with other women business owners
through WBENC. She previously served on the WBENC Board and has been an active member of the Board of

28. Renew HR
Revolutionizing the HR Tech Space Through World-Class Services
The success of any business depends on how well the
management employs its employees. Therefore,
organizations are looking for better ways of
employee management and working strategies. With the
insertion of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning
(ML) in management services, it has become easy for
companies to administrate their workforce with increased
efficiency.
AI automated the whole workflow of companies and
changed the way human resource departments work. It
developed human resource software that streamlines the
process. This allows firms to engage more effectively with
employees and, resultantly, increase productivity. Most
companies use some kind of software to manage their HR
services, be it payroll application or employee document
management.
This automation boosted IT companies to develop new HR
management software. Amongthe list, Renew HR is one of
the prominent companies that aims to be the fulcrum in
rebuilding the HR ecosystem and renovating employee
relationships.
In an interview with Insights Success, Sabya Mitra, the
Founder, and CEO of Renew HR provide detailed insights

30. We also offer custom HR domain-based development on
SAP's Business Technology Platform (BTP). BTP enables
customers and partners to build and extend applications that
integrate with SuccessFactors and SAP on-premises HCM.
Together, with SAP SuccessFactors, we can, and we will
help all our clients achieve digital nirvana.
Being an experienced leader, share with us your opinion
on what impact has the adoption of modern technologies
such as AI and machine learning had on the HR Tech
space and what more could be expected in the future?
HR is an evolving function and still undergoing tremendous
changes as the world faces various challenges. Two of the
massive recent influences are globalization and the
Covid-19 pandemic. Globalization helped HR look beyond
the borders and look for skills and techniques that will help
the organization deliver faster, better, and cheaper to its
employees.
Similarly, the Covid-19 pandemic forced employees largely
to stay at home and work from remote locations; hence,
collaboration tools, analytics, and user experience tools
were reinvented to support this globally.
Now talking about specifics, most of the development in
HR is happening in the recruiting and employee experience
areas. When utilized well, technologies such as AI, Chatbot,
machine learning, robotic process automation, and
blockchain are helping HR the same way CRM tools helped
retail industries a decade or so back.
One of the flip sides of all the advances in technology is
that HR has big data of its own and, along with the other
processes, is now capable of making decisions based on
fact-based analytics.
Considering the ongoing pandemic, what initial
challenges did you face and how did you drive your
company to sustain operations while ensuring the safety
of your employees at the same time?
The challenges that we faced are three folds: customers
were reluctant to spend on HR technology when trying to
put the house and business in order. Second, the budgets
were reduced by at least 30% from previous years, and
finally, many of our team members got infected with
COVID-19. Some of them lost their dear ones due to the
pandemic that had a long-lasting impact on all of us.
However, we have operated in an entirely virtual model
since the company's beginning in the year 2016. Hence the
model worked out to our advantage as we all are used to
coordinating between various time zones in a distributed
model. We have also offered as much discount as possible
to all our customers so that some of the projects which were
pushed back in the past can now be executed.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs
who aspire to venture into the HR Tech market?
After being in the industry for more than a couple of
decades, my suggestion would be to focus on
problem-solving rather than technology. Technology should
be used as an enabler for organizations to solve their HR
and business problems.
Go for it but ask yourself why you are doing it, what
problem it would solve for HR, and how easy it would be
for users to adapt to it. But HR Tech is a wide-open space,
and your experience combined with technology can help
you to be successful.
How do you envision scaling your company's operations
and offerings in the future?
We have an aggressive plan to scale up the size of the
customer base that we would like to address for system
implementation. But our focus would be in the area of
product development based on SAP'S business technology
platform and bridging the gap between customer
expectation and what is available in the marketplace.
We are using the next-gen technology but solving some
very routine day-to-day HR problems. Some of these
products would be routine operational products, and some
would be very strategic.

33. Pandemic shifted work from offline to online and jobs
from offices to remote places like homes. Work From
Home or WFH is the new normal. Virtual Teams
working together from across different locations (sometimes
continents) is a new reality.
Businesses have not only adopted it but also leveraged it to
survive and thrive in these still uncertain times. Today, remote
work is a norm in many industries and sectors. Amid the
ongoing pandemic, more firms than ever before are allowing
their workforce options of WFH or remote or hybrid (some-
times remote, sometimes in-office) to protect the vulnerable
and help flatten the curve.
But the challenges and changes it brings for business are to be
tackled smartly, or companies will find themselves in a fix.
One such aspect of utmost importance is employee engage-
ment in a remote situation.
Remote Employee Engagement: The Hook
Keeping employees engaged in an office setup was in itself a
challenging task, as found out by many HR managers and
team leaders. Add to it people who are working from home or
remotely, and the task becomes herculean, as now you cannot
see them in person.
It is always a big ask from employees to make an emotional
commitment to the company they are working for and to the
jobs they are assigned to. Only emotionally committed
employees will care for their work well above their promo-
tions, bonuses, perks, benefits, and pay checks.
As has been known all along, to engage people, one must find
out that emotional hook that makes them stick no matter what.
This is the key to employee engagement. Once you find that
hook, then you can motivate and encourage them on an
interpersonal level to be more responsible and more produc-
tive. This is somewhat easy in a physical workplace, as you
can talk with them face-to-face. But in a remote setting, that
advantage is gone. Yet, there are other effective ways you can
apply to make remote employee engagement work out in the
short and long term.
Countering absenteeism with one-on-one meetings:
Committed or engaged employees are completely immersed in
their jobs. They are more invested, less distracted, and show
exemplary ownership of the role they have been expected to
perform. This is completely opposite to their counterparts, the
absentee employees who are regularly asking for leaves by
consistently and conveniently ignoring urgent targets and
pressing deadlines.
One effective way to counter it in a remote setting is to
overcommunicate with them one-on-one, virtually. In such
meetings, your goal is to find out the exact reasons for their
lack of commitment, interest, and workmanship. Once found
out, you can try to help them by being empathetic and
providing some sort of solutions that may lessen their apathy
and increase their trust in you and the company.
#Building a team rather than a lone overloaded individual:
Enterprise is teamwork. Those who try to work alone, and
cannot gel with others, are your weakest links. Try to polish
them by convincing them that they, the company, will not
survive without team efforts. To do this, along with the HR
department, you can organize virtual team building activities,
games, etc., to make the individual come together apart from
work, and gel, so that the little skirmishes will be ironed out.
Small perks at the end of such activities will make them more
fun and livelier. Virtual social gatherings are the most
effective way to build an efficient and productive team.
Overcommunication is better than lack of/no communica-
tion:
Communication becomes the heartbeat of the company when
your teams are working remotely. Watch out for those
employees who are staying quiet, not sharing their views,
ideas, not expressing themselves in virtual one-on-one or team
meetings, as you will have to work on them. They are your
disengaged members. You must re-engage them by increasing
their trust and confidence in you as a leader or senior manager.
Ignoring them will be your grave mistake as it will simply
disconnect them.
Thus, to build trust with them, overcommunicate with them.
Badger them like their friends and family do and make them
open up. You will not only gain a trusted, loyal, and produc-
tive employee but a friend for a lifetime.
Flexibility to counter burnout or exhaustion:
Doing their job and managing their work in a remote or home
setup is a tiring and exhausting task, with family and personal
commitments. It leads to complete exhaustion or burnout,
which is not good for that individual and is neither good for
your company's productivity.
One perfect solution to avoid this problem is to be more
flexible in your work schedules and your target plans. Try to
accommodate your employees' personal time into your
working hours. That way, they can take a break, and you too
can catch up on your personal time.
With the abovementioned solutions, remote employee
engagement can be achieved with sure success. Many
companies are already deploying these solutions and finding
out their productivity increased more than ever, even more
than the pre-pandemic level.

35. A
n end-to-end recruitment cycle is crucial for most
corporations. Right from preparing for the search
of the desired candidate for the open position to
finally onboarding the right talent, the process can prove to
be quite cumbersome.
Pereless Systems came into existence to assist corporations
in managing their end-to-end recruitment cycle. The
company provides ATS solutions to HR professionals and
recruiters by providing them with automation tools needed
to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
In the following interview, President and CEO, Arthur E.
Pereless Ⅲ, expands upon how the company has sustained
its competency in a cutthroat market.
Please brief our audience about Pereless Systems, its
USPs, and how it is currently positioned as a leading
player in the HR Tech niche.
Pereless Systems is a complete enterprise applicant tracking
system that our clients can utilize to streamline and enhance
their hiring process with top leading job board integrations,
ad hoc reporting, and pre-hire onboarding capabilities.
Users can recruit for positions and send these details into

Shed some light on your offerings and how are these
making an impact on the industry and your clients?
In today's day and age, our service can assist HR
professionals to post, manage, and report on the most
important metrics that you would like to gather during the
recruiting time frame. With the ease of use to the system
users, they have an all-in-one product where they can
manage this information without managing different
accounts.
Being an experienced leader, share with us your opinion
on what impact has the adoption of modern technologies
such as AI and machine learning had on the HR Tech
space and what more could be expected in the future?
AI and machine learning is a fantastic enhancement that in
the years to come, companies will be using this type of
service. As with Pereless Systems, we have entered this
space and built our own AI tool. The AI is not to replace
recruiters but to assist them by running these algorithms to
point them at candidates they might have overlooked
initially.
Considering the ongoing pandemic, what initial
challenges did you face, and how did you drive Pereless
Systems to sustain operations while ensuring the safety
of your employees at the same time?
As the pandemic has affected so many companies in many
different industries, being a tech company, we were able to
strive as our employees were able to work remotely without
any hiccups.
In our type of industry, while providing clients with an HR
platform, we started to brand and work with companies to
assist them in remote recruiting, such as electronic
onboarding process and video interviewing. This kept our
clients working in the field, by being able to achieve daily
tasks that they might have done in the office.

your core competency and gain traction as you grow your
company's breadth of products.
How do you envision scaling Pereless Systems'
operations and offerings in the future?
That is our secret sauce, keeping operational costs in check
by utilizing multiple channels and other multi-faceted
distribution/Engineering and support approach.
