Adrian Lander is an expert in areas such as Agile Product Creation, Transformation into Agile, Organizational Change, International
Program and Project Management. He holds various international certifications and brings in 20 years of management experience.
He started his international career as a Software Process Improvement Manager at Air France KLM Airlines in the 90s. As Principal
Consultant at CSC Consulting, a tier 1 firm, for almost a decade he has been advising large leading multinationals across industries
like Agilent Technologies, BHP Billiton, HP, Liberty Global, LyondellBasell, Motorola and Philips on large European and global
business critical programmes, often introducing new products and services creating competitive advantage. Since 2007 he has been
building his own APAC based consultancy practice in Software Product Creation, coaching Product Managers and Product Owners
and Product Delivery Teams in delivering Highest Business early on. He also serves as the faculty of Institute of Product Leadership
(IPL), an Executive Education Business School which focuses on transforming senior technology leaders into global Product Leaders.

Chief Executive Officer, CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
DEVELOPMENT BOARD (CIDB)
DATO’ SRI JUDIN is the Chief Executive of the Construction Industry
Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) since August 2011. In this position,
Dato Sri Judin is entrusted to lead the development of the Malaysian construction industry
towards global competitiveness. To these ends, Dato’ Sri Judin has placed great emphasis on
enhancing productivity in the construction industry by promoting mechanization, sustainability,
adoption and utilization of technology such as the Industrialized Building System (IBS) and
Building Information Modeling (BIM) as well as effective implementation of training and
development program for personnel and construction companies. Dato’ Sri Judin is also the
president of Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), Road Engineering Association of Asia and
Australasia (REAAA), Malaysian Structural Steel Association (MSSA), Malaysian Asset and
Project Management Association (MAPMA) and Chairman of the World Road Association
(PIARC) for Technological Exchanges and Development Commission.

ADRIAN LANDER is currently the Vice President involved in JP Morgan's
global agile transformation. He is an expert in areas as Agile Product

TUAN HAJI BURHANUDDIN BIN MD RADZI,
Managing Director, LES’ COPAQUE
TUAN HAJI BURHANUDDIN is the Managing Director of LES’ COPAQUE.
Soon after graduating in 1982, he joined oil and gas industry and retired
in 2005. While contemplating the next course of actions following his
early retirement, 3 graduates from Mutimedia University came and presented their dream of
making an animated 3d feature film. Attracted by the niche market and the capability of the
graduates, Les’ Copaque Production Sdn. Bhd. was formed. The project of making the first 3d
animated feature film “Geng: Pengembaraan Bermula” was launched with initial funding from
internal source. The film was successfully released in the local cinema on 12th February 2009
and become a block buster in Malaysia.
“Upin and Ipin” is the most successful Intellectual Property derived from the above project. It
is also being shown in 17 territories in Asia through Disney Channel Asia. He is Awarded
PMIMY Project Manager of The Year 2014.
AMMAR HANAPI,
General Manager Project Implementation, PETRONAS
AMMAR HANAPI is the General Manager Project Implementation of
PETRONAS, he joined Petronas since 1991 after his graduation. He has
attached to PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. for 17 years before moved to
Malaysia Petroleum Management a division that regulate and promote Malaysia E&P block.
He is managing the development of Malaysia domestic projects, and 11 Production Sharing
(PS) contractors reporting to him. There are 70 to 80 ongoing projects in different phases
under his unit monitoring and surveillance. Over his 23 years in PETRONAS, he has been
assigned to numbers of projects covers all aspect of project phases starting from Engineering,
Fabrication, Commissioning, Start up and Hand over the facilities to Operation. In addition,
he spent 2 years in Myanmar as Construction Superintendent for Yetagun Phase 3 project and
Company Site Rep for Commissioning and Start Up activities.
ANNA YULIARTI KHODIJAH,
Vice President Program, PMI INDONESIA CHAPTER
ANNA YULIARTI KHODIJAH serves as VP Program of PMI Indonesia
Chapter and an active member to PMI Japan Chapter and PMI Singapore
Chapter. She is currently working as Consulting Manager/Program
Manager for Mitra Integrasi Informatika (Metrodata group), the largest IT firm in Indonesia.
Anna has extensive professional experience in all aspects of IT program and project
management in Indonesia, covering various lines of business, including telecommunication,
manufacturing and banking sectors. Her current program portfolio includes Cloud Computing,
IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP/DRP) and
IT Strategic Plan / IT Blueprint in several institutions, such as: the national airline of Indonesia,
Ministry of Finance, the national state-owned oil and natural gas corporation, the Indonesian
largest mobile operator and many others.

CALLUM BOTHWELL heads the Faithful+Gould business across Hong
Kong, Macau, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and India. He is
responsible for providing strategic direction, managing operations and driving business
growth. Formerly the Managing Director of Confluence (acquired by WS Atkins plc /
Faithful+Gould in October 2013), Callum is renowned for his collaborative management
approach, engaging with stakeholders and project teams to deliver strategies that improve
investment returns for Clients. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the delivery of
iconic programs/projects including the 80-storey Index tower, Gate Village District, The Ritz
Carlton at Dubai International Financial Centre, The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel in
Hong Kong. Callum has also provided advisory services to major corporate real estate
programs for Equinix, Pacnet, Deutsche Bank and Nomura.

CAREY JACK is currently the general manager for Asia region of ARES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT LLC. He is leading the business in Asia region
and responsible to drive adoption of industry best practice for Strategic
Project Controls, supported by PRISM G2. PRISM G2 is the world’s most
advanced Project Cost & Risk management suite. Prior join to Ares Project Management LLC,
Carey has spent 8 years in Aconex Australia, Hong Kong, UK in developing, deploying and
making successful a global channel program for Aconex which is the world's most widely
used project information management platform for the construction and engineering industry.
Carey has an MBA (International Business & Finance) from the Melbourne Business School in
Australia.

CHARLES L. PHELPS is Senior Project Director- Energy & Chemicals, FLUOR
since 1994. He has over thirty years of broad domestic and international
experience in the oil and gas, refining and petrochemical industry. He
participated in all phases of project execution from early conceptual planning through start-up
and operation of new facilities. He is experienced in engineering and construction projects
include new grass roots plants as well as shutdowns, revamps and expansions to existing
facilities. In addition, he has experiences includes process plant operations, shutdown
planning, plant maintenance, construction engineering, project engineering, and project
management for various oil and gas, pipeline, refinery, paper and pulp, and petrochemical
projects. Some of his significant projects are Santos GLNG Upstream Gas Supply Project in
Manila, Philippines and Dow Aramco Sadara Utilities and Offsites Project in Texas, USA.

CHEAH KOK HOONG is the chairman of PIKOM and also the Group Chief

Department Prasarana Group. She is a qualified Chartered
Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers in Malaysia and Australia.

University in 1979 and a Master Degree in Structural Engineering and Construction from
Asian Institute of Technology in 1981. She possesses a wide range of technical

LEO MAK is the Director of Systems, Klang Valley MRT Project in MMC
Gamuda KVMRT. Leo has 33 years of hands on experience in
design-and-build projects as well as operation and maintenance setting up and management
of metro systems, intercity high speed train services, fully automatic transit systems and
light rail systems in Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Korea and Malaysia. He has held the
following key senior positions in the last twelve years: General Manager of Railway
Systems Capital Projects of KCRC Hong Kong, General Manager (Asia) and Director
(O&M) of the Bombardier Transportation, Korea and Director of Systems of the Project
Delivery Partner of the KVMRT of Malaysia. Leo obtained Master of Science in Electrical
and Electronic Engineering and MBA from the University of Hong Kong.
KURT BERGMANS,

KURT BERGMANS is the Chief Operations Officer for Getronics in Asia Pacific.
He is responsible for shared service center, service desk, field services, desk

DR. HENRY YEOH is the Deputy President of the Malaysian Institute of

WILLIAM WONG is the Director of Planning with PMI Malaysia
Chapter, and works as a Project Manager with the national oil and
Gas Company in the ICT arm. He is responsible for managing projects on detailed

System (PIMS) throughout the company’s offshore, onshore and production facilities in
Malaysia and overseas.

MARCOS PINEDA is the Programme Director for BT Global Services in
