Suspension system for a vehicle is an integration of various machine components designed and assembled in such a manner to absorb all the shocks and vibrations. The objectives of suspension are mentioned in detail. The aim of the work is to analyze various parameters like stresses, stiffness, material etc., of single degrees of freedom, vibrational absorption system of an Automobile. The vibrational absorption system of an Automobile is taken with that experimental analysis was done and various parameters are collected. From the different values are taken and the results are manipulated. Then similar work like this has to be done in Ansys with the given boundary conditions and the results are obtained and compared. Further alterations in the vibration absorption system are made to improve its life cycles.

Integrating design processing using various designing and modelling software's in high rise sculpture creates new opportunities for aesthetics discovery. These technologies enable artists to make high rise sculptures and provide safety, modify and disseminate art and make possible a new type of work.By using a behaviour based software architecture to control a sculptures movement, complex series of coordinated motion can be performed in response to the sculpture's environment and in relation to its internal state .Adding behaviour to sculpture changes the conversation between people and sculpture. As people directly influence the movement of sculpture, the results of this conversation can be stored by sculpture and used to modify the course of future interaction and behaviour. It provides the foundation of a new dialogue between the sculptor, sculpture and the audience. MD. Abstract The experimental process is a fundamental technique used to determine the nature and behavior of many materials under study. In order to evaluate the fundamental properties of many engineering materials the use of mechanical testing techniques frequently play a crucial role. The development of new materials and the control of material quality are essential in the process of design and in their usage for industrial applications and construction. In this experiment, there were 2 sets (5 samples each) of medium type steel specimens S45C of 0.45% carbon content that were rigorously prepared according to ASTM standards under specific varied parameters. These parameters include the machining cutter speeds on the lathe machine and the mediums selected and temperatures set for the quenching process on the steel specimens in order to affect their overall microstructure. The specimens were then subjected to aggregate mechanical loading using a conventional tensile testing machine. The consequential effect of material structure metamorphosis under the selected quenching techniques was ultimately not part of the study as it involves microscopic analysis of grain boundaries and high-end precision equipment would be necessary to do any significant material analysis. The results of the experiment suggest that the macroscopic (not microscopic) effect of the lathe machining speeds do not significantly affect the tensile material strength of the S45 medium carbon steel specimen. Thus, the mediums and temperatures selected for the quenching process on the specimens had a marginal but significant effect on the elevated levels of tensile mechanical strength and strain of medium type carbon steel. The main objective of this study is to review the weight optimization and cost reduction of a connecting rod in a Diesel engine. To get the idea about designing the connecting rod, various stresses to be considered while designing the connecting rod .This has entailed performing a detailed load analysis. The most important factors that are concentrated are stress distribution and deflections. In this project the connecting rod is designed with respect to all the available constraints using advanced cad software CATIA. Later the product file is converted to .stp file format standard exchange of product file and imported to ANSYS workbench to find deformation and analytic valve with respect to the model or product definitions. Friction surface treatment is well established solid technology and is used for deposition, abrasion and corrosion protection coatings on rigid materials. This novel process has wide range of industrial applications, particularly in the field of reclamation and repair of damaged and worn engineering components. In this paper, present the prediction of tensile of friction surface treated tool steel using ANN for simulated results of friction surface treatment. This experiment was carried out to obtain tool steel coatings of low carbon steel parts by changing input process parameters such as friction pressure, rotational speed and welding speed. The simulation is performed by a 33 factor design that takes into account the maximum and minimum limits of the experimental work performed by the 23 factor design. Neural network structures, such as the Feed Forward Neural Network FFNN , were used to predict tensile tool steel sediments caused by friction. V.
