 PRESSURE:      application of
  continuous forve on one body on
  another that it is touching.
 TENSION: two or more equal and
  opposite pressures.
 STRESS: systemic
  decomposition resulting from an
  excessive intensity of tension.
STRESS:
   THAT UNBEARABLE
   DESPERATION THAT
RESULTS WHEN SANITY
  PREDOMINATES OVER
  THE OVERWHELMING
 DESIRE TO GIVE THAT
S.O.B. WHAT HE OR SHE
       DESERVES.
THE ESSENCE OF OF STRESS




     Stress is an inner turbulence
     caused by an individual
     perception of certain external
     event, not by the event itself.
Any given problem can be a
justification for some and a
challenge for others: take your
choice.
STRESS DEPENDS UPON CORTISOL



                  A defensive
                  hormone
                  secreted by the
                  adrenal glands
                  (related to
                  adenaline).
HOW WE GENERATE CORTISOL
