I speak conflict resolution fluently and have been teaching intra- and inter-personal skills since 2006. I specialize in rapport-building practices which result in strong bonds and solid, healthy connections and are essential elements to motivate clients and staff and cultivate a strong leadership foundation. My Ph.D. is in conflict analysis and resolution. The incorporation of fun training activities diffuses apprehension and defensiveness which often accompany skill-building and change.
