4. FORSCHUNG UND ENTWICKLUNG
Wenn ein neues Projekt zu Mervan kommt, analysiert unser Forschungs- und
Entwicklungsteam es zuerst und gibt der Verkaufsabteilung Feedback. Nachdem das Projekt
bestätigt wurde, ist der Produktdesign- und Werkzeugprozess die erste Produktionsstufe für
ein neues Projekt. Wenn der Entwurfs- und Werkzeugprozess abgeschlossen ist, beginnen
wir mit der Arbeit an der perfekten Formel.
Wir haben die Oberhand, weil wir in unserem Werk eine eigene Werkzeugwerkstatt und
einen eigenen Gummimischungsprozess (Teiglinien) haben. Es bietet eine schnelle Reaktion
auf Überarbeitungen oder unerwünschte Situationen. Und dank unseres Labors können wir
die notwendigen Tests durchführen, um die richtige Verbindung sicherzustellen.

5. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
When a new project comes to Mervan, our R&D team analyze it firstly and gave
feedback to sales department. After the project is comfirmed, product desing and
tooling process is the first stage of production for a new project. When designing and tooling
process is completed, we start to works for the perfect formula.
We have the upper hand because of having our own tooling shop and rubber mixture
process (dough lines) in our plant. It provides getting a quick reaction for revisions or for
unwelcome situations. And thanks to our laboratory we can apply necessary tests to ensure
correct compound.

8. PRODUKTION
Die chemischen Gemische unserer Teigformeln, die nach den Standards und erforderlichen
Spezifikationen in präzisen Anteilen hergestellt werden, werden mit einem speziellen
System unter Verwendung der neuesten Technologie zu 100% erfolgreich hergestellt, um
Fehler zu vermeiden.
Nach dem Vorformungsprozess wird vor dem Vulkanisieren geprüft, ob das vorgeformte
Teigstück die erforderlichen Bedingungen in unserem Labor erfüllt. Wenn die Genehmigung
der Labortechniker eingeholt wird, beginnt die Massenproduktion des Teils.

9. PRODUCTION
The chemical mixtures of our dough formulas, which are prepared according to the
standards and required specifications by precise proportions, are prepared with 100%
success with a special system using the latest technology in order to avoid mistakes.
After the pre-forming process, it is tested whether the pre-shaped dough piece meets the
required conditions In our laboratory before vulcanization process. If the approval of
laboratory technicians is obtained, mass production of the part starts.

10. PRODUKTION
Der vorgeformte Gummi wird nach Genehmigung durch den Laboranten zur
Produktionslinie gebracht.
Nach dem Vorformungsprozess wird vor dem Vulkanisationsprozess geprüft, ob das
vorgeformte Teigstück in unserem Labor die erforderlichen Bedingungen erfüllt. Wenn die
Genehmigung der Labortechniker eingeholt wird, beginnt die Massenproduktion des Teils.
Wir wählen einen der Kompressions-, Injektions-, Vakuum- oder
Extrusionsvulkanisationstypen aus, um Ihnen die besten Preis- und Qualitätsoptionen zu
bieten. In der Fabrik wird die Produktion in 3 Schichten 24 Stunden ohne Unterbrechung
fortgesetzt.
DIE VULKANISATION

11. PRODUCTION
The preformed rubber, after the laboratorian’s approval, is taken to the production line.
After the pre-forming process, it is tested whether the pre-shaped dough piece meets the
required conditions in our laboratory before vulcanization process. If the approval of
laboratory technicians is obtained, mass production of the part starts.
We pick one of the compression, injection, vacuum or extrusion vulcanization type to
ensure best price and quality options to you. In the factory, production continues 24 hours
uninterruptedly in 3 shifts.
VULCANIZATION

12. PRODUKTION
Die 100% ige Augenkontrolle und Gratreinigung jedes aus den Pressenmaschinen
kommenden Produkts erfolgt gleichzeitig, das Labor wird erneut zur Endkontrolle gebracht
und die Genauigkeit des Vulkanisationsprozesses des Produkts wird auf Übereinstimmung
mit der erforderlichen Spezifikation geprüft.
Anschließend werden die Produkte vor dem Versand gemäß dem Produktcode codiert,
verpackt und gelagert.
QUALITÄTSMANAGEMENT

13. PRODUCTION
100% eye control and burr cleaning of each product coming out of the press machines is
done at the same time, the laboratory is taken to the final control again and the accuracy of
the vulcanization process of the product is tested for compliance with the required
specification.
Then the products are coded and packaged and stored before shipment according to the
product code.

Am Ende jeder Schicht- oder Chargenproduktion in unserem Werk werden
Bestandsaufzeichnungen der Produkte mit festgelegten Codes erstellt und die Verpackung
erstellt, und der Versand wird fertig zum Lagerteil gebracht.
Bei all unseren Produkten arbeiten wir mit Ersatzbeständen zusammen, um Sie bei Ihren
dringenden Bedürfnissen zu unterstützen, und wir reagieren schnell auf Ihre Bedürfnisse.
Mit dem von uns verwendeten Dynamo-ERP-System überwachen wir jederzeit unseren
Lagerbestand und reagieren schnell. Mit einem Sitzsystem treffen unsere Bestellungen Sie
gerade noch rechtzeitig.

15. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
At the end of each shift or batch production in our factory, inventory records of products
are made with pre-determined codes and packaging is made and the shipment is taken to the
warehouse part ready.
In all our products, we work with spare stocks in order to support you in your urgent needs
and we react quickly to your needs.
With the dynamo ERP system we use, we monitor our inventory at any moment and react
quickly. With a seated system, our orders meet you just in time.
