The most active coumarin-anticoagulant rodenticide
ideal to control larger pests, with a complicated 9-
step manufacturing.

national rodenticides, Brodifacoum and
Bromadiolone approved by the MIIT
(Ministry of Industry and Information

ABOUT - SIYANG RODENTICIDE FACTORY
The factory was originally a unit of collective ownership, and
it was transformed into a private enterprise, a General
Partnership (GP) on July 27, 1998.
There are currently 4 available
Rodenticide products – Technical Grade
Brodifacoum, Technical
Grade Bromadiolone
and the Difenacoum
Intermediate (the last
stage).
In April 2003, with the approval of
the document S.J.F. [2003] No. 108
issued by the Development Planning
Bureau of Siyang County, Jiangsu
Province, we bought 10 mu of land
at Siyang Economic Development
Zone for capacity expansion. The
expanded factory was completed
and put into production in August
2004. It is located in the east part of
the Zone and at the intersection of
audit by the Technical Materials Division of MIIT in 2006.
The factory covers an area of 10 mu (6667 ㎡), the
production workshop takes up 1900 ㎡ and the hazardous
chemicals storage takes up another 800 ㎡. The main
manufacturing facilities have 1000-2000-liter reaction
kettles with with jacket heating and vacuum pumps, centrifuges,
drying equipment (room) and more. The laboratory apparatuses
include Shimadzu HPLC (LC-20AT SPD-20A), electronic balances, nanogram analytical
balances, pH meters, digital melting point apparatus, moisture determination equipment

Siyang Rodenticide Factory has the complete auxiliary
facilities, advanced manufacturing, strict production-Safety
management, and comprehensive Environmental-friendly,
Health and Security measures. In 2005, the factory passed
ISO 9001 Quality Management System (the Produce and
Service of Bromadiolone, Brodifacoum) and also the ISO
14001 Environment Management System in 2009.

16. 2017 MOA Order No. 2567: the Chinese Rodenticide (6 Active Registrations:
Flocoumafen, Sodium Diphacinone, Warfarin, Coumatetralyl, Bromadiolone,
Brodifacoum) will be subject to designation marketing management, mainly traceable ID-
verified purchase and Restriction-licensed sales at the State designated sites.
Rodenticides in China are strictly regulated. According to 2017 MOA Order No. 2567,
restricted rodenticides are limited to the release and delivery of state-designated sites.
The factory has obtained a new Restricted-pesticide permit in 2019 for the authenticity
and traceability of rodenticide active ingredients origin, license No. is (SU)
32000010534.
Siyang Rodenticide Factory is currently the only certified exporter of Bromadiolone
Technical Grade Material (UN 3027, CLASS 6.1, PG:I; HS Code: 2932209013) and

2019 – AUTHENTICITY AND TRACEABILITY
THE ORIGIN OF RODENTICIDE ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
On Aug. 31, 2017, China MOA issued Proclamation No. 2567 under the latest 2017 Food
Safety Law, the “List of Restricted Use Pesticides (2017)” including 32 pesticides and which
covers all 6 rodenticides registered in China, it will come into force as of November 1, 2017.
