This document provides a procurement assessment for the Centre for the Development of Enterprise (CDE) based on a questionnaire. It summarizes the CDE's procurement activities over the past 5 years, including 500 market consultations, 20 tenders, and 10 calls for proposals. It then analyzes feedback from candidates on the documentation, process, offers, and contracts used in CDE procurement. While improvements have been made, areas identified for further improvement include increasing clarity of terms of reference, allowing more time for applications, and enhancing contract terms and payment procedures. The assessment aims to strengthen CDE's procurement processes.
