JACKSON 6700 WORKHEAD CATALOGUE
By way of this catalogue, NJ Engineering is proud to announce the introduction of stocked &
manufactured parts to Suit the Pandrol Jackson 6700 Tamper Workheads.
Here at NJ Engineering we pride ourselves in offering a comprehensive engineering solution to
meet your needs by way of professional, experienced personnel and a vast range of spare parts with
the ease of ordering via our website at www.njengineering.com.au. Our dedicated Operations Manag-
er, together with his support personnel have had over 15 years’ experience in the rail infrastructure
industry, and will endeavour to help keep you moving.
We offer to our valued customers the choice between a complete manufacture of brand new
Workhead & Jack Beam units &/or a complete in house refurbishment of your existing Workhead &
Jackbeam units using new consumables and in-house manufactured parts. Crack/ fatigue and
Hydraulic components testing can be provided as part of the refurbishment program with a fully
comprehensive report provided with every rebuild.
Also, as part of our service we can send a transport still-age to your site, pick up your units,
transport them back to our modern facility and perform a complete refurbishment, fully finished and
painted in our on-site spray booth before being returned to your site. Other services we can also
provide include manufactured parts & engineering solutions for all other machines including other
Tampers, Ballast Regulators, Compactors/ Consolidators, Tie Renewal Machine’s, Road Rail’s Vehicles,
excavators etc.
Our experience in the field of offering full refurbishments spans 6+ years with, to date, our
main working partners being Downer EDI Works , V/Line, McConnell Dowell, Coleman Rail, MTM and
the list goes on...
Our experience also extends into an understanding of other Rail equipment, including Hy-Rail
equipped plant, i.e. Hy-Rail Trucks/ Vehicles, Hy-Rail Excavator’s, Ballast Cleaners, Tie Renewal equip-
ment and numerous other on and off track machine’s, and we are very excited at the prospect of many
more companies coming “on board” in the near future.
Our next addition to our growing range will be a comprehensive catalogue of manufactured
products for the Jackson 6700 Rail followers and Light Buggy. It is our future goal to have complete
changeover Workhead, Jack Beam and Rail Follower units at our site for even faster turnaround and
offer a full technical and mechanical support service to keep your machine’s on track
