production process from tracking of raw material
stock on the floor to converting them to finished

Client: One of Asia’s largest Petrochemical
companies.
Problem: The existing enterprise applications were
not able to automate some of the processes that
were critical for plant operations, one of them
being the Device Deactivation approval process,
part of routine preventive maintenance. The
approval was based on the type of device, the
number of days of deactivation and whether it
was a new request or extension of an existing
deactivation period request. The entire process
was manual and time consuming.
Solution: Automating the Device Deactivation
Process based on multiple rules using IntelliPro
BPMS, the time for the approval process was
considerably reduced. The authorities were also
able to track the deactivation status in real-time.

Problem: The client was looking for IT Services

Date Entry Vendors
Client: A leading Third Party Administrator of health
insurance with offices across 10 cities receiving around
2000 claims per day.
Problem: The renaming of the scanned files of the claims
forms along with the hospital receipts according to
Inward Number generated by their existing system and
distribution of these scanned claims forms to data entry
vendors was done manually. There were errors when
renaming the scanned files with the right Inward Number
which resulted in delays in data entry. The person
allocating the files to the data entry vendors, also had to
follow rules where he was supposed to prioritize the
allocation based on criteria like city, corporate and
insurance company. Since this process was manual, it
was time consuming and error prone resulting in pileup of
previous days work.
Solution: IntelliPro BPMS automated the entire process by
auto renaming the scanned files as per the Inward
Number and followed rules based file allocation to
vendors as per the priority, with no manual intervention.

Problem: Once the PO was generated using their ERP,
the entire communication with the vendor from sending
the PO to receiving the goods to making the payment
were through different channels like email, fax, mail,
phone leading to difficulties in tracking the PO resulting
in conflicts with vendors.
Solution: IntelliPro BPMS automated the complete
procure to pay process starting from sending the PO to
the vendor, allowing the vendor to accept, seek
clarifications and deliver the goods and the client being
able to do a quantity check and a quality check before
confirming the delivery to the vendor who can then raise
the invoice allowing the client to make the payment,
with the vendor confirming the payment as a last step.
Benefits: The collaboration between customer’s
warehouse department and vendors improved, resulting
in better quality deliverables and an increase OTIF rate
from 38% to 81% in just 10 weeks .

phones
Problem: Their mobile repair process was completely
manual which involved multiple internal steps after

communication between the store, warehouse and

and registering new companies
Problem: There were over 120 types of applications for
license registration, renewal and funding based on the
type of industry. Applicants had to download the form
from the Govt website and submit the hardcopy which
then went through multiple levels of approval within the
Govt. The entire process was time consuming with no
visibility to applicants on the status of their application.
Time limits set for processing each application type were
never met.
Solution: Using IntelliPro BPMS, all the 120 plus forms were
designed and applicants were able to submit the
applications online. The entire approval process was
automated with real-time application status visibility for
both the Govt officials and the applicants. The seamless
integration with existing IT systems and well designed
workflow, enabling two-way communication between
Govt officials and applicants for clarifications enabled the
process to meet the set time limits.
