morale (through team building or work on projects)

12. Why does it work for organisational culture?
- MOTIVATION: employees focus on creating a solution
that makes customers AND them happy

- CREATIVE CONFIDENCE: employees know that they
solve a REAL PROBLEM; looking for a solution through
prototyping develops their CREATIVITY; testing the
solution gives them the CONFIDENCE that they are
solving the problem WITHOUT WASTING RESOURCES
