Brain Storming Technique
Choose a leader of a group consisting 4 – 6 member
The leader defines the problem for the group, preferably in
advance of the brainstorming session
The group suggests solutions to the problem in an
interactive format, following the four rules of
brainstorming:
• No judgments are made about any suggestion
• All ideas, even absurd or impractical ones, are welcome
• Quantity of ideas is a major objective
• Ideas may be combined, refined, and piggybacked
After 25 – 30’, the group takes a break and then return to
critique the ideas
