CONCLUSION:
After conducting a heavy research about the locations that are acceptable, we have come up to
decide thatwe should put up our campus in Diliman, Quezon City not just because of its rating but due
to some other factors. First is the knowledge and expertise, we concluded that we can hire highly
skilled teachers and school administrators because Diliman has high literacy rate of 99.74 according to
the recent statistics of Quezon City local government. and because of the lifestyle of people living
there, most of them can afford education. Second is the competition. Although we know that UP
Diliman and some other schools are well-known for their quality education, but they don’t offer it for an
affordable price, most of the times, only valedictorians and scholars can have an access for an
equitable education. The number of colleges around Quezon City is only 98 compared in EDSA and
other parts of Metro Manila. Third is the area demographics which we found out that as of the year
2015, it has 2,936,116 population composed of 376,808 aging from 16-21 years old and which
increases as another year goes by. Fourth is the accessibility which we know that Dimilan is near to
any hospitals, markets, and also other necessary itineraries. Most of the commuters around Quezon
City are roaming in Diliman for 14.24% of its land area of 161.126 sq. km. or 16,112.8 hectares is
dedicated to roads and highways, 1.41% ofit is an open space and 7.76% of it is a vacant space. Fifth
is the safety whether we like it or not, we should consider the safety of everyone inside and within the
vicinity of the campus. Compared to an updated Manila crime rate of 67.72% high, Quezon City is
comparably lower with only 59.61 in general. Sixth and seventh is the laws and regulations and support
of the economy which will substantially determine the success of an organization. It is often said that
even if the organization is putting all of its efforts to its endeavors, but without the support or with the
irrelevant support of any respectable group or external administrator such as local governments, it
would be far to reaching its goals.
